This was my first online order as I'm very particular about feeling shoes on first. I also had some particular arch and supination issues to consider but Emma at the Edinburgh Lothian Road store explained 3 brands and very specific models to support my running style and supination.. and she nailed it. All 3 are now on rotation and couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Emma ????????

Run4It had my size in stock (unlike another AtoZ retailer) and they delivered it within days despite the current crisis. I have used the treadmills on previous store visits so I was confident the latest iteration of the Asics Gel Kayano would fit. Thanks to Run4It and Asics I am now running at maximum pace once again. Cheaper price too!

The service was brilliant ordered Friday night and were delivered Monday. I could not find the training shoes cheaper anywhere else so well happy.

I recently took up running when the gyms shut due to Coronavirus. I wasn’t running in proper running trainers though, and I started getting some pains. I quickly realised I would be best getting a pair. I contacted the facebook page & they were really helpful. I sent in some videos of me running & they were able to help me from there. Obviously not ideal but best we could do in these circumstances. It was John & Romain who responded to my messages & gave me help. They recommended 2 options, and I’m really happy with the pair I opted for. Thanks.

I usually buy from the Run 4 IT Aberdeen store but with the current situation I went on line. I did have my shoe size from previous purchases so this made fitting easier. The shoes and other items arrived as promised.

I used the FB chat service as shops currently closed and I was seeking advice on trainers. Staff were fab advising on options based on what I was in just now, what I wanted to do, foot pronation etc... Ordered 2 slightly different ones to choose from and very pleased, was hard to just keep one pair !! Thanks very much

During lockdown I was not too optimistic about receiving my new asics within the 5 day period but was delighted they arrived within 2 days and are absolutely fantastic

Delivery was very fast (arrived within 24 hours) and free. Made clear that returns would be easy if required. First time buying running shoes online, a lot less terrifying than it could’ve been.

I usually buy my shoes at Run4it in Edinburgh, the staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable so when I've needed my trainers replaced during lockdown they were the obvious choice.

Due to the restrictions of Covid-19 I wasn't able to personally shop however a quick t/c to the Aberdeen branch where the patient team member answered all my questions on upgrading my old brooks ghost 9s to ghost 12s especially as I have quite wide feet.

I was reassured in a telephone conversation that postage and returns are free, as I had to pay £8 to return shoes to another company as shoes didn't fit well. That could prove very costly. I always buy from Run4it in the store in Inverness ( in normal times). As it happens, your shoes were a perfect fit

Recently ordered a Nike Miler t-shirt from Run4it, a t-shirt in which I couldn’t get anywhere else so great choice of stock, my order came very fast and within only a few days and within my order includes a free healthy brownie bar. Great service would highly recommend.

A very easy service, easily found what I wanted, a simple procedure to order and pay and the item was delivered within two days , within the one hour time slot ( at no extra cost ) - excellent!!
