Purchased a pink pony saddle from the early in August of 2013 for my daughter's birthday. The saddles arrived with a broken piece. I e-mailed their Customer Service department FOUR times and have never received a response. All we want is a replacement star and I even offered to pay for it, but they will not respond to my e-mails. Horrible customer service!! Will not buy from again!! They also shipped a week later than promised.

Rode the saddle on Saturday evening for 2 hours one of the most comfortable rides I've ever been on. I love saddleonline and their products, since I got my saddle last year. I've also ordered saddle bags, pad and bit all with great service and price.
