Good arrangements although rather odd shared transfer back to Airport - went back past hotel front door 20 mins after our pick up, then 30 'round trip' in the wrong direction before re-passing hotel town for airport, then 15 wait for driver exchange.

Good organisation although we missed the dedicated Sartatur check-in desk at Terminal 5 this year!

Travelled four times to Sardinia with Sardatur. Only complaint that the last time to Cala Gnonoe no rep called at hotel for whole week.

Telephone service was excellent but there were problems with the paperwork/booking dates that took two/three attempts to correct - so some better checking of documentation before issuing would be sensible. Brochure descriptions were accurate.

I have booked 4 holidays to Sardinia with Sardatur in the past 2 years. Penny in the office is extremely professional, helpful and very efficient.

As a family of 14, we booked one week on the recommendation of Sardatur. Ages 2 to 78 !Travel arrangements were complex with family flying in from Milan, Newcastle and Heathrow. All arrived in Sardinia within 5 minutes of each other ! Sardatur attention to detail was fantastic. Various changes had to be made during the booking process which Sardatur dealt with without any fuss. I could not recommend them more highly.

We took our four grandchildren and their parents on holiday for a week as we do every two years and this year went to Sicily. Sardatur are the best travel company we have ever dealt with. All arrangements were made efficiently with the families being given beautiful intercommunicating rooms. We were kept informed about the booking at all stages.
Transfers were well organised and the hotel was lovely.
My husband and I go away several times a year and this was the most efficient company we have dealt with.

I was looking for a last minute holiday for the family in Sardinia and this was handled brilliantly by Penny Lautee. The area and hotel were perfect and it all went smoothly. a fantastic service.

We have used Sardatur holidays for a few years now and their service is excellent. Penny is very knowledgeable and always manages to sort a good room with fantastic sea view for us. I think dealing with a tour operator who are experts in the country, speak the language and have local knowledge is the best way to go. She also arranges our transfers, plane seats and anything else we may request, nothing is too much trouble for her. Phone lines are always answered promptly and emails sent when promised.

As a returning customer of 4 years we experienced great customer service from Sardatur. All the arrangements were seamless and the Hotel Ginestre is a great place to stay. Would certainly recommend Sardatur.

hello,we booked half board,but recieved basic allowances for dinnerthe first week unless we paid over 100 euro extra .second week we was allowed buffet .
this was not what we expected.Sardatur should have known this was not five star
more like 1-2 star total disappointment.

I have used Sardatur for 3 holidays in Sardinia and the latest 1 in Rome. They have interpreted our wishes extremely well with regard to type of holiday, location and choice of hotel. Their rep in Sardinia Giles was the most pleasant and helpful person over some years of holidays. The office people in Richmond have also been knowledgeable with their recommendations and hotel selection. For example the Imperiale in Rome was a perfect choice for us. Unfortunately cannot be complimentary about the rest of Rome the crush in the Vatican and Sistene chapel was a disgrace even though we prepaid some €130 for a guided tour. The people numbers within these two would not be allowed in most civilized countries
