from the first time my eyes caught the sarraf jewlery store on my google search, until the last second of my time these unprofessional, uneducated jokers will ever get from me, and literally every single aspect of every second of the transaction I was trying to make (HUGE MISTAKE) hands down the most disrespectful, ignorant, and insanely unprofessional establishment I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my life. I placed the order it went through just fine ($3500 cad.) then I got an email asking me to call to verify order, which I did, I then debated the shipping time as it was a gift for my son, but I ended up deciding to buy it so I told him yes i would take it, click, goodbye, hung up on. LOL WTF. then i received an order canceled email shortly after, so tell me exactly what was the point of me calling to verify then you just hang up on me are you kidding? the stupidity levels that some humans are capable of attaining is just mind boggling. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORT, MONEY, OR ENGLISH ON THESE GOOFS. THERE ARE MANY BETTER ALTERNATIVES, BASICALLY ANYTHING THAT COMES UP ON A GOOGLE SEARCH THAT ISNT SARRAF JEWLERY SHOULD BE MUCH BETTER. BUNCH OF UNDERDEVELOPED HALF WITTED CAVEMAN

I purchased what was supposed to be a 14K 4mm 24inch, white gold, diamond cut, rope chain from the Sarraf website. After receiving the item, I had it measured and tested for purity. It was messured at 3.8mm and was actually 10k gold which turns a brownish color when tested correctly and isnt 14k. The chain was sold to me at 14k price. More than one jeweler told me that no reputable jeweler would do such a thing and this is only known to be done by jewelers who do not have a good reputation or that are not well known. I was ripped off. Very unhappy!

Recently bought a bezel for 5 gram pamp gold bar, it came to small to fit the bar , do not buy this product, it don’t fit came smaller!

i ordered a 5mm 22inch 10kt solid gold chain about six months ago and by the time it got here i was just excited to put it on and wear it around, so i didn’t look for anything to be wrong. Recently i cleaned the chain and realized something was off about it so i measured the width of the chain and it was a mm off. The 4mm chain is over a hundred dollars cheaper than what i paid for it.

I bought a 4mm 10k flat curb chain and a 6mm 10k rope braclet both over weight of wat I bought both beautiful pieces will give more bussiness

I purchased two 18k gold 2.7mm 18” cable chains which just arrived. They looked thin so I measured them with a digital caliper only to discover they were 2.3mm, not 2.7mm. The 2.3mm chains are over $400 less for the two. When I called to complain, they tried to tell me the weight is the same ??? They did offer to refund my money but that’s not the point! How many customers have the means to measure their chains? How many customers have been cheated?

The first D.C Rope Chain was 3MM.
I decided to step up to the 4MM @22 inches Diamond Cut Rope, and it is absolutely Beautiful, the weight of the chain is exactly 34.2 grams.(1.2ounces). The customer is great as well. I am going to order the Figaro chain next. The delivery was on time to, just as expected. This is the only Gold Jewelry store I will purchase from.
