Delivery was speedy but 2 books came ripped although they were in a box with extra paper.Not impressed at all,especially for the price and they were a present.

I ordered a set of books for the little ones for homeschooling
Not only were the books cheaper but I received them a few days later
Definitely ordering from them again

As a Belgian private person, the website kept suggesting I order books via a different portal/extension, but that one was only open to schools/professionals.

I have purchased 8 books and received the confirmation it will be delivered soon. I have then received several emails from UPS that the parcel was shipped. A week later I received one book and the rest are still somewhere on the roads. The confusion with UPS delivery is they sents lods emails for update but I just dont receive my parcel. I have to say the delivery is a million times worse than the Amazon delivery.

My two year old loves Julia Donaldson's stories, so I was very pleased with the selection. Also that the books I wanted included a CD which we have listened to over and over. I will be buying books for Scholastic again.

It took all of 3 or 4 minutes to place the order and the books were with me in 3 days. I've always had a really good service from Scholastic. It's why we have the Book Fairs and then I can spend my rewards money.

Costumer care and advice excellent,you know they are always at the end of the phone.Carole deals with me and over the years I see her as a friend .Delivery quick.The only problem this time was all the boxes delivered were damaged(ripped).The books inside fine but never seen such bashed about boxes.

I was extremely impressed not only by the depth of books that are available but with the fact that having ordered late one evening, the books were delivered within 72 hours.

I sent my purchases to two different addresses other than mine, and there were no problems at all and was informed of delivery progress the whole time.

Delivery of the items was 4 days later than first advised. For a delivery charge of almost £4 for a small book, it was poor service. Only when I phoned to inquire where the package was did I see any progress.
