Scotts of Stow

It is impossible to give Scotts of Stow any stars, not even one in any category. After ordering an item which was shown as in stock and not receiving it for a month I emailed to get status and was told there was a delay. I accepted this as reasonable because of the corona situation. However, after two months and the item still being shown as in stock on their website, I asked for a refund and was immediately fobbed off because the item was in “despatch process”. Three months later I complained via PayPal and gave them a poor rating on Trustpilot. Immediately someone was in touch saying they will process the refund. The refund was due this week but, miraculously, the item appeared on my doorstep this morning. I have now asked that they arrange for the item to be picked up and a refund processed immediately as I no longer want or need it. It will be interesting to see their next step. Needless to say, I will never shop with them again and will always warn others of their unacceptable way of doing business.

Found what I was looking for as it does not seem to be available on the High Street, but as I'm not a lover of internet shopping, due to it's damage to our High Streets, one has no choice. The goods arrived quickly and undamaged (I often read that this is the case with delivery companies, or left exposed to theft on door steps. )

I ordered my parcel and it arrived next day as promised. A quick and efficient service.

This is usually an indication that the business has some visual aspects that it wants to showcase. We discovered that this business has a Wikipedia page. To us this shows that the business is credible and well known for its products, services or innovation.
