I ordered "CUSTOM" tailor made seat covers for my ford f350, took 6wks to receive the covers. the seats were grossly misrepresented, and complete waste of money. The seats, namely the thickness of the material, lack of retainers( i received more of a sleeve with strings to tighten) , openings exposing metal parts of the frame, exposed foam( i can literally put my hand between the seat cover and foam underneath) are all unacceptable points in my opinion. They are not cooperating with BBB to file a complaint. called cc. company to file a dispute. I spoke/emailed to "Madi Zuber" and she was no help in rectifying my case.

After waiting 8 weeks, I finally received my seat covers and they didn't fit properly. I made over 30 attempts to contact them by phone, and was always sent to a VM box that was full. They didn't respond to an email I sent them through their website, nor did they respond to the Better Business Bureau complaint I made. After contacting the Arizona Attorney General's Office, they finally responded but tried to blame me for ordering wrong. I showed proof of my order to them that I did order the correct covers, but they again refused to respond. I'm out $300+ but I will not give up on this.

I paid for a custom seat covers for a dodge ram 3500 with a center console and compartment. What I got was a joke. I bought this for my husband for a Christmas present 2018. Well When I finally got it The console part which has to be put on first was something designed for a very small truck . I was told they would get it right out. Never showed up for over 2 months. During this time my husband wanted to put on the covers knowing that they would have to be taken back off to put on the center part when it came in well guess what THE SEAT COVER DID NOT FIT ( WHAT A SURPRISE RIGHT) well contacted them again sent picture after picture of what was wrong no place for the elctric seat controls or the lumbar support knob and I needed my seat to be about 5 inches wider. So much for custom fit or anything. Well I have been fighting with this place for awhile finally sent into my bank the information with the 100% satisfaction note they sent with it to get my money back because no one from the company will send anything or return emails or phone calls as to where to ship this garbage back to . IT BELONGS IN THE TRASH Never buy from this place.

I ordered seat covers last year and wanted the same for the back.
They actually sent wrong ones, this time , but week later sent the right ones.
They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my seat covers.
I highly recommend them for your vehicles and are the best looking ones ever.
They fit perfect and look beautiful. Bravo Zulu to this company!!

I placed my Order on 12-5-18 for my wife for Christmas.On 12-21 I talked to Madi at Seat Covers Unlimited and was Guaranteed they would Ship by 1-7-19.When they finally shipped on 1-11-19.After all this time when I received my order it was wrong!I asked them to make it Right but they tried to Blame it on Me.They said I ordered them wrong even though my order Form that I printed shows They made them Wrong.I ordered some for my Truck and had them in 5 Days and were every bit as Quality as these guys claim to Have.I cant Believe they are still in business!DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!

for all the money i paid, i had to wait 2 months to receive them, then i had my mechanic install them and they fit like universal, not custom made. This company is a rip off.

My seat covers took over 3 months to arrive. The quality is not good compared to other companies. Flimsy fabric, and you're instructed to POKE YOUR OWN HOLES for headrest access! Flimsy strings underneath the seat for attachment. Not a good fit either. No response from support email at all about delays and missing pieces. Headrests and armrests not included despite description on order confirmation. STAY AWAY from these folks. They're awful.
