Be very careful here. These people lie most of the time. When you have an issue they will not answer the phone. I ordered a complete system and with high quality cameras. I received very cheap $50.00 cameras and not close to what I ordered. Took a month of promises on delivery before they did ship. Shorted one camera and refused to help then would not answer the phone. This is a scam business. I ended up disputing the credit card purchase.

Great DVRs!! The support team were very helpful to get me to where I needed to be initially without charging me even though they were suppose to. I love their system because it is very user friendly and easy to use including replay of the recorded items.

I have to say I am very very pleased with my order and the "IT" help Ray provided for me in a timely matter. I spent about $2500 for a wireless system and I love it. I would tell anyone who on the fence about buying from this site…. I fully recommend doing it! Products, prices and service are the best. -Rich Lamazares

We purchased one of the $1800 wireless camera system for our home and didn't have any problems. Service was pleasing and they were very informative on the phone about the product. Definitely call them or email them to ask questions if you have before you buy.

Bought an avalonix DVR supposedly compatible with iPhone and now I cannot get hold of anyone to return this item that is not true to its description. This seem to be a one man store, may be working part time on this, at least not enought to return my phone calls.

I purchased approximately $1400 in equipment. Initially, I had some technical difficulties but Ray Ansari was very helpful and resolved the issues. The cameras are good quality and far better than the "SVAT" brand toy that I bought on Amazon. I will use them again in the future. Their website is excellent - very informative.

Outstanding customer service! I was notified via Email that the video amp I had purchased did not come with the 12vdc power supply. I asked if I could include with my purchase and they refunded me my shipping charge. This goes above and beyond the norm! I will definitely purchase with them again and encourage anyone else to buy from this honest reputable site! Thanks so much Ray! You guys are awesome!

We bought a security system from them for our business in Toronto after carefully looking at many different companies, and found the service of security-cameras-cctv better than other companies we called. Their rep knew what he was talking about, and helped us set the DVR on the internet after we purchased it. I would recommend this company.

I bought the 5.8GHz Avalonix 4 camera kit. This kit is definately not a plug and play item, but it works great! I installed two of the cameras around 750' away. I used some patch panel antennas to get enough gain.The picture on this camera and receiver set looks as good as the hard wired cameras in the system. Great service and tech support.

I read the other reviews and don't understand their complaints as my order arrived rush and was fine and I love my 4 camera BS4 Avaonix. Had it installed in one day although needs someone who knows how and this 70 year old female couldn't begin to know how; It works great. I have mine connected to a desktop flat screen TV and it's easy to use. I'm still reading the manual but it's running great. I highly recommend it.

In our experience we have not seen such a misleading company. When we asked them about returns they did not reveal they would charge 20% restocking fee on the phone. When we argued about the restocking fee when we wanted to return the item, they did email us and say they would not charge it. BUT when we send it back, they tried to charge us with a restocking fee.... Save your money and buy a better system with more cameras from Sams Club.

I have ordered on at least 3 occassions from this site, and each time I have been very pleased with the products, delivery time and customer service. In one order, upon receipt of my DVR, I then decided to upgrade it to a higher scale DVR - they were willing to take back the DVR I purchased and then found the one I wanted even though they did not carry it at the time - and I they got it for me cheaper than what I would have paid had I purchased through another site. I have spoken to Ray on several occassions and he has been extremely helpful, courteous and professional each and every time. I highly recommend to anyone looking for security cameras and related devices.

WELL I BOUGHT A CAMERA OFF OF THESE PEOPLE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SHIPPED OUT THE 5TH OF APRIL WAS NOT SHIPPED PAID FOR SECOND DAY AIR THEY LIE A LOT SAID LOTS OF BACK ORDERS BUT SAME GUY ON ALL NUMBERS YOU CALL HE SAID IT WOULD COME ON THAT SATURDAYBUT STILL NO CAMERA NOW I CALLED AND CANCELLED HE SAID WOULD CALL BACK BUT NO CALL BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND STILL NO CALL I HAVE LEFT MANY MESSAGES STILL NO RESPONSE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE

My Second purchase from Security-Cameras-CCTV.Com and I have got to say the help was "Above & Beyond". I needed a 4 Camera Wireless system with a Range of about 1500' for a Commercial Installation near cell sites and heavy power lines. Contacted Ray Ansari and told him my requirements and he suggested the Equipment I needed and then, months later, assisted me with alignment and channel problems. BEST Wireless Equipment a After Sale Service I have received from a website in a long time. Have already recommended Security-Cameras-CCTV.com to others and will return again for more Equipment. What a Fantastic Experience!!!! Great Equipment and FAST Shipping!!! Thanks Ray, for everything!!

What amazing customer service! I had an issue connecting the camera to my wireless network. I called security-cameras-cctv.com since I had purchased my camera from them and they provided me with support to get the camera working. I am so appreciative of their support understanding that they do not normally provide technical support for products purchased. What a fantastic experience.

I will never again use this website for business. I was going on a trip and wanted a way to monitor my house while I was gone. I ordered this product on 06-24-09. There was a problem with 2Connect and they couldn't process my order so I called the number. I was assured this would ship on the 6/25 and the DVR would ship on 6/26 (and I would receive a confirmation email). On 6/27 after not receiving an email, I called to verify shipment. I ended up having to leave another voicemail. On 6/28 I left ANOTHER msg. On 6/29 when I finally got called back, I was told that "the techs [meaning Ray, the only one who works there] were backed up on DVR orders" and that my stuff would ship on the 30th so I could have it by the 4th of July (3 day shipping even though I selected 2 day when I originally made the purchase). Called AGAIN on 7/07 to ask where it was and ended up having to leave yet another message. On 7/08 I called to cancel my order since I was leaving on my trip. I am just going to go to Home Depot and buy a cheap set of cameras and then buy actual ones when I get home from someone a little more reliable.

I purchased a 16 channel DVR that is compatible with the iPhone. When I had problems with the iPhone connecting, they sent step by step instructions on how to install the software and IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM!
