It's my second set of ace lights,because I was so impressed with the first,they are small enough to add and accessorize during daylight rides,battery life is great too,can't fault them

I haven't received my order yet after nearly three weeks. It's very distressing. I will be looking for a refund if it doesnt arrive by next week..feel like I have been scammed...

My previously bought See Sense lights stopped working and when I emailed about getting them repaired, they offered me a heavily discounted offer on their new model of lights instead. Very happy with custom service.

There was no note on the shop website providing an indication to what extend covid19 would impact shipments, and also no ETA with order processing completed; no shipping method stated (air freight/sea freight); carrier tracking info is still showing status "awaiting international departure" past two weeks of order being placed; issue is with lack of proactive communication about in country situation appearing to severely affect freight forwarding

After a tragic event involving some of our club riders I made it my mission to investigate the safest brightest lights I could find and wanted to know more about the See.Sense Icon2 range, I am like most road cyclists who have purchased numerous lights and wasted money in the process with no definitive result until now, not only was I extremely impressed with the lights, their build quality and ingenious functionality, I was extremely impressed with the team,from my initial meeting with Philip and Irene and my subsequent dealings with other members of staff and I have to give a special mention to Luke for his personal contribution.

Excellent service ... went over and above to sort me out with a last minute birthday present for my husband. Even went one step further and delivered my parcel to the doorstep to ensure I had it in time for his birthday. Would definitely recommend

This is now the third problem I’ve had with See.Sense. One was a faulty light, which I appreciate can happen. Two have been with delivery, suggesting that’s there’s a logistics problem.

Customer service of ‘wait until next week then if you’ve not heard anything you’ll have to wait until the end of the month’ doesn't seem very good to me, especially when I’ve already been waiting 10 days.

five stars because it is an excellent light; bought it after i've already owned the rear one for about a month.

the mount for this one, though, is a bit loose, and the light cannot be properly secured. i've discovered this when the light felt on a little bump.

Great service, great products, fast delivery too, even to Sarawak, Malaysia. The musette bag is just the right size, for carrying phone, headunit, Ace light, wallet, keys.

The purchase was paid on May 24, 2020. I haven't heard a word since then. I was one of your original backers and was very pleased at that time. However your service response and response to email inquiries has gone down hill and now it *****!!
