He was so helpful in getting this worked out for shipping to Hawaii. He helped to offset costs and has been totally helpful all along the way. I am grateful to have him as a sales rep. Looking forward to the bed.

I just finished completing the purchase of my new Air-Pedic 850 It went very smooth. Their salesperson Gerald was very knowledgeable and was not one of those type of salesman that are out only for the sale. He answered every question in terms that was easy to understand, provided suggestions and justified them with logical explanations. I look forward to receiving my new bed.

We ordered our bed in December, understanding that it took 2 months to build it and ship it. After contacting them with a status answers were different each time they were contacted. After receiving our bed there was no follow up contact to make sure we got it, were happy with it, questions, problems...nothing. Recently had trouble with the one remote and service was fine. Just no communication and the bed really isn’t that comfortable. I wish someone would have called me. I’m not happy with my sleep but there’s nothing I can do now. I call and get transferred to dead ends, no return phone calls. Just not happy.

Finally decide to go back to a number bed after over 12 years on a good regular mattress. After reviewing the options we decided to get details on the Air-Pedic model 650 from SelectaBed. Gerald was extremely thorough in not only answering our questions, but going into other aspects of construction and use that we had not even considered. Looking forward to the delivery so we can experience better support while sleeping.

I placed an order and 5 weeks have passed with no communication from the company to myself after paying in full. At this point I am skeptical of the 5 star service guarantee. We have to call them to get any updates.

After spending countless hours looking for a bed i finally made the jump on the Air-Pedic 800 series. I spoke with Gerald who was very knowledgable over their products. He was able to help my pregnant wife and i pick the best matched mattress for us. He was very friendly and personable. So far they have exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much!

Visited the store front on January 11 and spoke with Gerald Misemer, in research of a mattress for my son. After reviewing 6 stores over the past 10 months made our decision on January 26. Went with the Air-Pedicure 700 w/acts, twin XL model. Will revise this review after 100 nights or so.

I would like to thank Jerald for his help. He answered every question knowledgeably and thoroughly. This was a big purchase for my wife and I and I was thrilled with how he patiently helped us through each product, helped us better understand each detail. Very personable and we cannot wait for our best and frame to arrive, I'm sure that if the customer service was this good then the bed should absolutely exceed our expectations. I just placed an order for a split king bed - the information provided and service during the ordering process was great. We purchased an adjustable base separately, but that was no issue with placing the order, and does not affect the bed warranty. We can't wait to receive our new bed.

I observed the March online sale and decided to take a chance by calling in to ask a few questions. Not only were all my inquiries answered satisfactorily, but I was provided additional insight that helped seal the deal. My purchase hasn't arrived yet, so I can't comment on the Air-Pedic 800 product itself, but I can vouch the Relief-Mart customer service is top-notch.

We purchased the Air-Pedic 850 to use on our 1st adjustable bed. Bryan Sherburne who helped me through the purchase, finance, and delivery process was very informative and helpful. He also was able to provide me with a copy of the user manual that I misplaced.
I have a very bad back and the Air-pedic 850 is amazing. I was skeptical the first week but had to get used to the controls and finding the right positions. I have to say in the past 3 months, I am recommending Air-Pedic to my friends as this bed has really helped my back!
So glad we bought the Ait-Pedic 850.

I called to order our new bed yesterday and spoke with Bryan. He was incredible. Took great care to explain everything and explained why the 1000/1100 would not be a good fit for our needs (despite being more expensive) and helped us choose the 800 model. At no point was there any feeling of pressure or rushing and we honestly felt like Bryan cared about us more than the profit. Based on this experience we are excited for our bed to arrive and have very high expectations that it will be as high of quality as the customer service experience so far. I will post again once we receive and have trialed the bed.

Of note, this company is military veteran friendly with Bryan thanking me for my service and offering a decent discount. Not all companies seem to be veteran friendly these days and I am happy to have found one that is. Additionally love the fact that they pride themselves on making a great product in the USA using local employees and materials.

My wife & I went to the s# store and found the mattress that felt right for us, so I get the sales associate to print a total invoice.The total mattress,base,protector and 1 remote came to just under$10,000.We told them we had to think on it and left. When we got home we got on line and did some comparisons, and found that air Pedic had more support and was better built. I called and Gerald answered, I told him what we looked at in s# store and he compared it to the 800 series, and explained all the better features of it over s#’s, better built, free remotes & could chose between full & half split.Not to mention the price was almost $3,000 cheaper, and did mention better warranty. Thank you Gerald for all the help.

Our 20 yr old King Select Comfort Air Bed chamber broke down last week. After days of researching what is new and meets our senior needs, I focused on Select a Bed Website. Narrowed it down after much elimination from their very informative website to the Eastern King Air-Pedic Model 1100. The pillow top is quilted and has a springy feel during sleep movement and getting out of bed.

Gerald answered the phone and remained calm informing and answering my questions. He did not push any particular model. He asked pertinent questions on any pain and health issues, height, weight and thoughts of our perception of a good nights sleep. Gerald cleared up my confusion over the Air Flow System, which we ordered as it keeps the 7” of various foam layers cooling down as all the foam layers are bonded and then air holes drilled one inch apart throughout allowing the air to circulate around and out the sides. Gerald explained how the individual remotes worked for the air bed portion. Head and feet get set and then your lumbar must have a 40 point difference due to the plushness of the top layer of foam. Many things to consider if you have medical needs, like a real firm mattress ... we opted for both being equally distributed. No more 5” bed topper I have now... no need due to the foam breathing top layer built in.

Since it has the airflow, I inquired about their Organic Protector ... it breathes so the airflow will work. Since we were purchasing a mattress, he took $200 off each as we ordered two. Since it was a Presidents’ day Sale all week, he took another $100 off the already discount of $1,900. Another sale bonus, the Airflow System was half price $249. Made in the USA!

My interaction with their customer service team (Brian S. ext 114 was my contact) was excellent. I made three telephone calls and all were answered promptly. I had numerous questions and he fully answered each one. Subsequent calls, when he was not available, were returned promptly. They sent a confirmation email before submitting the order to ensure accuracy. I will submit another review after mattress and frame have been received.

Gerald was my salesperson and went above and beyond to reach my needs.He was professional and knowledgeable and answered the million questions I brought his way.I took several phone calls and emails and researched other companies,but kept finding my way back to Gerald and Select a Bed.I trusted Gerald and can't wait to be sleeping on my Air pedics 850 .Select a Bed should be proud to have an employee like Gerald was an honor to work with.Thanks

I just ordered an 800 series Selectabed which I will receive in 5-6 weeks, so I cannot yet review the bed. However, I can say that the customer service for this company seems excellent so far. There was zero wait time when I called. I was actually able to reach the same customer service agent when I called back, and he seemed responsive to figuring out what I need. The customer service agent provided information regarding the cost, product, and advice regarding the use of the product. I did not feel that he was pushy, and overall had a good experience. So far I would highly recommend Selectabed from a customer service standpoint, and will post a review on the actual bed upon receipt.
