Three week delay before replacement machine could be delivered too long. Also promises to have new machine installed not kept (admittedly this was during Coronavirus lockdown but the promises were made before then.)

I phoned the helpline they told me when an engineer would be available and a contact number. The engineer called when he was 45 minuets away. He turned up with the correct part and fitted it. Very polite and professional. A good job.

have bin with them just under a year my cooker went down they sorted it with in a week it had to have parts now my frezzer went down they come out and i had to have a new one which i got with in days there custom service team are very helpful thanks a lot very happy with there service ????

Definitely They were very helpful friendly and polite Saw to my requirements quickly and efficiently without any delays A replacement aproduct was delivered and installed within 20 mins Only took days from reporting a problem to it being sorted Fantastic service

From the moment my washing broke down service box have been amazing and efficient, the engineer that came to myself was very polite and tried his best and when the washing machine couldn't be fixed the operator who called me to arrange a replacement of my washing was extremely helpful and polite. I couldn't ask for better service from an insurance company

Could have been 5 but after 2 failed repairs and 3 weeks to find out not possible to get parts ! then informed we could pick a new one with delivery in 2 day, that kind of made things better.

A very good company that does as it says.my samsung 50" tv started showing lines intermittently and parts couldnt be got to fix it so they gave me a 49"toshiba in its place.slight hickup but they made everything right...well done
Only thing they need to improve is the rime it takes to get thru on the phone a few more agents answering calls would help solve that plus the fact ao.com dont cover northern ireland and the 3rd party that delivered tv just said there you are and sign this form while ao.com assembles there tvs and set them up for customer ..not a big issue as it wasnt hard to do myself

I can't thank the staff enough, they are polite and very helpful, any problems with anything they sort everything out the same day. They great and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Initial visit from engineer ok but then after hearing nothing for 2 weeks I rang them and was told job was closed and machine written off. Once I contacted Service box again I was offered a replacement machine.
