Having purchased many items from Shackleton the quality and craftsmanship that goes into the design of every garment is consistently superior. I do lots of outdoor hill walking all over and of all the different brands I have worn for such activity Shackleton clothing is my first choice. To match this they have outstanding Customer Service with attention to detail that reflects the brands core ethos, that makes you feel truly valued as a Customer which is rare these days! Buy nice or buy twice.

The products that these guys create are absolutely world class. The quality of material, fit and finish are superb. Communication is fast and friendly. It's also great to be able to support a small and innovative business instead of a huge multi-national.

Love the product in particular the balance between smart and hard wearing. Aftercare has been great as well. Initially issues contacting them due to Covid 19 but once I managed to make contact service was excellent.

Absolutely love the Vincent Graphene base layer and Hero Lambswool roll neck sweater. Both super warm and really comfortable to wear. The lambswool is soft and comfortable against the skin. Have been looking for a sweater like Hero for ages and just stumbled across the shop on my last trip to London. so glad I found it.

I'd like to keep Shackleton exploration wear a secret as it's simply the best on the market, but that wouldn't be fair. So I'll simply reiterate that's it's the best exploration gear money can buy and the service is exemplary. I wish all the team at Shackleton London every success for the future, look forward to many more purchases and give an honourable mention to Jamie Humphrey who's battled through the current world crisis to keep us warm and safe.

I live in Florida, USA. I bought my Shackleton because a friend of mine is absorbed in the Shackleton mystique, not because I need Shackleton clothing living in Florida. The quality is good, but the merino t-shirt I bought was not as warm as I thought it would be. It is very comfortable but I am able to wear it as an undershirt in Florida and I am not too hot.

The stuff are fabolous bit unfortunately 3 out of 4 gloves I bought have been stolen (read the feedback I 've sent you) so you definately need to find another way of shipping

I have only purchased only two sweaters so I can't provide much overview. The English-made turtle neck is a bit scratchy at the neck but I like it a lot; it does what it's supposed to do -- keep you warm and look great. Hats off for backing the captain's expedition to the Pole. And for letting us follow it online. Great job there. By the way, my name is Peter James Hernon, not Peter Middle Hernon. I ordered some Wrist Warmer Fingerless Gloves as I was working in Sweden and had found my current gloves not to be fully up to the job - so thought I could wear these over them to give a bit more warmth whilst not having to buy thicker gloves and losing finger dexterity. As it turned out I could wear these under my gloves. I think they're well worth the money - as you can use hem as I had original intended (to supplement other gloves) or as normal fingerless gloves on chilly days but when you still want to say use your mobile phone etc. I particularly like the 'historic' style of them - and they seem a good quality product. I would certainly buy them again.

I took this to a ski resort at 1,200m alt. and it kept me nice and warm throughout the winter break, what i especially loved is how light the jacket is compared to other parkas. Also felt very breathable. This is a brand to watch!

Have just got my first two jerseys got one of my son for Christmas which I had asked for and one I had got for my self the later being to small which I returned and received the larger size which was perfect very much impressed with the garments and service will be buying more clothes from the bosses thanks Jamie

I am constantly on the look out for slightly more obscure brands that produce good of the very highest quality and that have a past history and keep that originality. I have met my match. We visited your Duke street branch had the most wonderful service in fact I went back about a week later to purchase another garment. What a winner this brand is can’t wait to see what’s lined up next. Please please don’t get to big stay small and very exclusive I just love it.

I have several items of Shackleton clothing...down jacket/ Hero sweater/ merino zip top/ scarf...ALL are excellent quality and the service from Shackleton London is impeccable. Thoroughly recommend the products and the company...the Boss himself would be impressed! Nice to have UK made clothing with both an ethical stance and the Shackleton "back-story"...admired Sir Ernest and his achievements and leadership for years...ever since I wrote my University thesis on him back in 1982!!!

I have two jumpers now from Shackleton, the quality is first class and they both look outstanding. The fit is great and I have phoned them for sizing advice and have to praise the customer service Only slight downside is my submarine jumper has some pulled threads but this is due to over wear (I live in the French Alps from November to late Feb it's my daily walking gear) One day if I look after my pennies I will get one of the jackets

I live and work through Saskatchewan winters where we often see -30, -40 Celsius weather. This parka is the warmest thing I’ve ever worn and is my favourite thing in my wardrobe. Well done.

I have recently purchased a few pieces from Shackleton. The brand is new to me but the team, service, design, cut and the quality are all absolutely first class. I am still finding neat little touches that really set them apart. I have not exactly tested them to destruction yet, but they superb garments from a fledgling British brand with a great ethos.
