My delivery address was correct, but you messed with it and it has been returned to the sender. I have not my pack, money and getting ANY information from your bots is impossible.

I'm very happy with the company customer service I ordered a number of items from their website. None were as advertised, being of shoddy workmanship, poor quality materials and did not even resemble the pictures of the goods on the website. Just as bad, they also did not have proper care, fire or material labels so clearly the goods are substandard They never sent instructions.i went on the internet and i found their help contact info I contacted them finally they issue me refund and return shipping label i am so happy with the customer service DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....EVER! Such a horrible website. Never created an account, but signed in with Google and bought a blouse but never received any confirmation/tracking info, etc., so was unable to see my order and ask about it and there's no one to call and no one responded to the 2 emails I sent to their service and dispute email addresses.

Honestly I've had a great experience with shein, their delivery is always on point and usually the clothes is decent for the price. The one thing that ANNOYS me is their bathing suit and their lingerie. Honestly if you have somewhat of a bigger breast than average, don't even bother ordering them. They make the bottoms for girls with implant and the tops don't go higher than a B cut ‍‍‍

I've purchased form Shein about 4 times. Usually I end up sending somethings back. It's a hit or miss or good quality items that you either love or hate. I had a recent order over a month ago and NOTHING was good quality. So I sent it back on March 22nd. It's April 28th and my return was last recorded in transit from the NJ post office to their facility. It must have never gotten scanned perhaps. I've been waiting over a month and I just want my money back.

SHEIN is a great place to shop if you're looking for affordable fast fashion but. If the item doesn't have any reviews then you're definitely taking a gamble. SHIPPING: about 3 weeks arrive QUALITY: 3/5. All the items were a bit thin, which is fine for late Spring and Summer. However, the shirts I purchased came out so thin, you could easily see my bra underneath. I would advise staying away from anything white on SheIn honestly. OVERALL: You get what you pay for. I think SHEIN is perfect for those who want to stay in trend for the season on a budget. I wouldn't expect the items to last very long tho. I'm including unedited photos of the off-the-shoulder top I purchased in black and white. You can see how see-through the white one is.

Ordered bathing suits and toppers from them back in March 2021. Now leaving April, their site tracking system says "in transit" since beginning of April when they took my money. Asked for a refund, they said my clothes would arrive the next day. Used the tracking # on USPS site, says no package. I'm out over $80. This is the second company to rip me off. I'm done.

Every item in my order (9 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days before estimated date)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (items were way too small, fabric was garbage and shirts were badly sewn, plus the bad odor from the dye), I am beyond satisfied with SHEIN! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, i almost had regrets after reading them while waiting for my order but trust me i really had a good experience :)

Worst experience ever... I placed an order in October 2020(for Christmas) received the wrong order in November (all size xs plus they are items that I never ordered) I am having the worst experience trying to return the product and get my money back ( still emailing today Dec 21) Shein keeps sending me an incorrect label that will not scan at my post office? Therefore I am unable to return it or get my money back ( over $50). Frustrated!

I thought since the bikini has some nice pics online that it was top tier quality. I was fooled. The stitching on the lower part of it frayed after a couple of times wearing it. It's still usable and doesn't seem like it will fall apart totally but it isn't the type of thing that I want to wear. Will try again next year with a different bathing suit brand. On the plus side, the shipping was free and I did get some discounts.

I was very hesitant to order from them after reading so many negative reviews. Thankfully, I gave it a try! I received my order in 8 days. The quality of items (2 swimsuits, 2 straw bags, and a dress) is pretty good! I didn't like how the dress fits me and Shien gave me a credit for it without me having to return it. Swimsuits are true to size. I will definitely be ordering more stuff from them. Also, you can't beat the price!

I recently ordered from shien for the first time I absolutely love their merchandise however I never received my order from fedex whom they used to express ship my items. Long story short nothing can be done about the situation bc they marked my package delivered... Since the pandemic all of my shopping is online sad to say as much as I love their merchandise I'll never place another order just because I don't want to lose out on any more money bc of their shipping service

There is no way to return an item. Order not found. It's a complete ripoff. Customer Service is a chatbot that is useless. I will never shop here again. Don't bother unless you know your items are perfect. I'm not sure what Order ID they are talking about below. I don't have an order number that looks like that (3 letters followed by 5 numbers).

The delivery takes soooooo long. The website says it takes around 2-5 for processing but I have waited more than a week and they still havn't shipped my order. I haven’t heard anything from them so I asked the CS and the CS replied sth like it's still in processing!?

So i ordered over two weeks ago with almost 200$ that i saved up for and my friend also had ordered from shein and got her order 5 days after ordering, she spent over 50$ and said she would check everyday to see where her order was on the 5th day it said it was in transit and arrived 10 minutes later mine on the other hand said it would come on the 28th latest and its the 31st my sister also had a friend whos birthday was coming soon (the 28th as well) and had no present for her. Like i wouldnt waste you money shipping is horrible tracking is horrible so idk really pissed also my friend got 2 good quality things and 1 bad and 1 ok

Very unhappy with the service its been almost 3 months and I am still waiting for my refund nobody answer your emails or never gets back to you never ever will I order from these again and I definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone 😡😡😡

They have no standard sizing. Every time I order at least one issue would be there and I have to wait for ages to get my refund. My last shopping with them is the worst.
I bought a top off them for 5.99 which I sent back because the size is too big. I only got a refund of 1.49.

Beautiful colours and good stuff! You stay in the budget and you get what you pay eventually i find this garments good as well as the discounts. If you would like to have better quality outfits then pay more. Good luck Shein team!
