Purchased a parcel from Target AU on 29 March 2020 and was informed it would be delivered in 2 x lots. The first parcel arrived around 15 April 2020. The other parcel has still not arrived. Shippit's website has stated it is 'booked for delivery' since 1 April 2020 with no updates since. It also states the parcel should be delivered 5 business days after pick up. As far as I can tell the parcel hasn't even left the warehouse yet. I contacted Shippit on 3 May 2020 by email and was told the parcel should be delivered to me safely within a few days. I was also told if my parcel does not arrive within 3 days of the expected delivery date to contact Shippit's team and they will look into it. Naturally, as it is now 20 business days after the expected delivery date, with no further updates and no closer to receiving my parcel, I have requested the team look into it.

Delayed delivery is fine by me - as long as shipping details are updated and the receiver is kept in the loop. Judging by other reviews it seems as though this isn't an isolated incident, perhaps it's time for the company to look into this issue and rectify? Incredibly frustrating.

First delivery, the driver threw my 20kg boxes in a pile (I was watching him, he tossed the boxes instead of carrying them) up against the outward opening electric garage door. I couldn't open the door without moving all the boxes first. Today, he decided to drive his van into my front yard, on the grass! He said he wanted to be close to my front door! Was he planning to block that? Really, the driver does not need to park on my grass. I told him to move his van into my driveway. He did not, and unloaded and left all 6 boxes in the middle of my front yard.

Was home all day courier walked into the yard. Threw a pick up you weren't home card at my front door and got back in the van and drove off. The worst service in Australia but all on CCV tv. Please don't use this company they deserve to be closed down with service like that.

Order was estimated to arrive on the 31st is now the 3rd and no sign of package or update, and no response from them regarding this. I understand current situations and delays but an update or an email saying expected delivery times may alter would be appreciated

They attempted my delivery once, then I received an email giving me options for redelivery from their courier (TNT) which clearly stated I had 5 days to respond before they returned my parcel to sender. I made a selection for redelivery with authority to leave within a couple of hours of receiving the email. A couple of hours later I received an email from shippit saying my parcel had been returned to sender. Absolutely lazy.

Had a terrible experience dealing with shippit, a brand I made two seperate purchases from used them to deliver the products to me, both deliveries I was home, the first was left in the street in a garden which took me ages to find, the second was taken to the wrong street and wrong number, coincidentally I knew those people and was able to retrieve my delivery but before this I contacted Shippit for help and received a email from someone who clearly had no intention of helping me telling me to look in my mail box ( obviously the first place someone would look ) I replied and received no further contact or help from them. If I didn’t find the package myself they couldn’t care less. Very disappointing experience dealing with them, I would suggest stick with post or other trust worthy companies.
