Please be aware that their food essences are always made with Artificial flavors plus any brand that you order will be replaced with their own brand.

I had to cancel my order today on phone as the stuff they show online was not on stock . They were expecting me to wait for more days. The person on phone was very unprofessional. Extremely disappointed. I guess rent a car and go as they also charge $25-30 for shipping else not on time and than making excuses. Of try Patel brothers better than this service.

I bought 3 products and all are poor quality.
I received the products and the Amla Oil , Coconut oil and Castor oil, all are poor in quality, it is not 100% vegetable oil.
Even with the unhappy customer with the product, it does not offer refunds.
Look that was the first and last time I used your website for purchase.

Ordered a bunch of stuff on Aug 12 and when called to check status on Aug 21 they say it is not shipped because 1 item is out of stock. I told them to ship what they have and cancel the rest. I got no email from them that my order was delayed and I needed it quick for a party. I hope they ship what they have soon. Donot buy from them if you need timely shipping.

I️ ordered 4 weeks ago . I️ didn’t get my order on time after I️ cancelled they don’t want give my money back in my cardjust put phone on the hold. Horrible service. never order from this store. I️ called there more than 25 times still it was on the hold really??????????????????????????

Placed the order on June 15 and when I called on June 20th to check on the status, I was informed that they did not have many of the items in stock. They tried to push products from their own brand and were not willing to speed up the processing. This place is a scam with horrible customer service.

OK - now I believe all your other testimonials. Your service is unbelievably fast (I ordered 3 days ago, my order arrived this afternoon), and the products are amazing. I couldn't help myself. I opened every snack bag (no problem since they're resealable) and tasted everything. The sesame sticks are so fresh, the dried pears so soft and positively addictive. You can bet I'll be back for more.

Ordered stuff on August 28th, was supposed to ship in 3/4 days but it has not been shipped till 09.11.14.

It seems they do not stock the items in their warehouse. Once they get an order then they go around to buy it from other sources.

If you don't have 15/20 days to wait for your stuff to reach you then DO NOT USE them.

I will not use them in future.

I place an order april 28 and may 5th i was sent an email that the order was shipped. On may 4th i spoke to customer service and told them that if my order was not shipped by May 8th (which would be 2wks since i place the order) then i would like a full refund.It was because of this may 8 th deadline that they hurry up and send me a tracking number that my order was shipped on may 5th. Then on may 6th the sent another email that 90% of my order was not shipped and i would be refunded within 3 days. These people of shady and take advantage of customers by sending 10% of an order and claiming that they do not have the rest. I would have been happier with a full refund and not be tossed around by some ass holes who feels that they have a right to play with with my money that i had to work hard for. I am still waiting for my full refund to go back to my account.Don't buy from these shady people because they will give you nothing but disappointment personally and monetary. Bad choice of retailer.

took them 8 days to let me know that they would be shipping "soon"
I asked how many days is soon---they still said soon
when I received the pkg 2 weeks later ---the shipped me different mdse than what I ordered

They don’t sent what you order and they sent less product than mention on order I order 22 lbs floor
They sent only 10 lbs 2 bags and said the ten lbs bag is more expensive not to mention sent me 2 lbs less that is

They sent spices that were two years old, some with no dates and some with *no labels*! I tried to contact them to return the spices and they ignored my email. Later they responded but said the time period for returns had expired. There's some irony that they said the spices would be good for five years, but the return expires in 15 days!!!

I disputed the charge on my credit card. Then I finally heard from someone. He tried to do damage control and said he would send me a return shipping label, but I've never seen it.

Every time I contact them they put my name on their email advertising list. I unsubscribe and as soon as I have more contact with them again they put me back on the list.

Avoid this company like the plague! Do you really want to eat anything from a company that cares so little about customers?

I would give the 0 stars if there was an option. I recently purchased some cooking sauces online from this place and some other items. All the item were expired or soon to be expired. I called them for a exchange or refund and the guy proceeded to curse me out and disrespect me. This is absolutely not how you run a business. From the looks of it they have been scamming people for awhile now. BBB needs to shut this place down ASAP!!
