I ordered and paid in full for a small wood stove (65lbs) and accessories on Nov 10 (Happy USMC Birthday to me) I received the accessories in a timely manner but have yet to get the stove. . My order status shows “Completed”. Strange right? For over 3 weeks I’ve sent out 7 emails and left 3 voice mails. Every call has went straight to VM where the reps message states we are more likely to respond to emails. I’ve basically been ghosted for a bad date I never had. I have asked for a ship date or confirmation of my order as incomplete. I Aldo stated if neither can be gone please refund my money. It’s hard to get a refund from an organization that doesn’t talk to you.
Not sure what my next steps are but from all appearances this is beginning to look like fraud which goes across state lines.

I am a contractor that needs a variety of chimney parts when involved in various building products. I've been using Shop Chimney for several months now, and they carry every item I can possible need. They also have a customer service number, allowing me to amend orders if my building plan changes. Overall, a 10/10.

I needed the part, the CS Rep contacted the shipping manager to provide me with shipping options. I was very happy with Amazon Pay integration, ease of the site and the fantastic CSR. Thank you!

I really enjoyed working with Alyssa to pick out a fireplace, surround, and other accessories. She was really helpful and took time to answer all of my questions. A+ technical support.

My only problem was that I wanted a special order item and it took 3 weeks to ship. But they told me that before, so I knew it would take that long.

Ordered fire pit burner pan and hosing from Shop Chimney. The detail they provide on the web page does not necessarily reflect what you get. It said it came with a 1" hose but reality it is a 1/2" hose with 1" fittings. Nowhere did it distinguish this. Once delivered I took pictures and asked customer service to provide the right hoses. They said that is what you get and left it at that. Never really tried to solve the issue.

I have a Sunbeam grill from the 1990's that I love! But I've found over the years trying to find an exact replacement, is impossible......until today. Was shopping Kmart for charcoal grills and they listed your The **** Grill with wood side tables and cooking grid on their site as available but not for store pickup. Fortunately, they provided your vendor name and I landed here. Great website, good details on the grills. Only wish you had a picture of the inside.

i found a outdoor fireplace from a manufacturer's website and they linked to purchase from several online distributors. contacted a couple and Shop Chimney was the fastest and friendliest in their response.

I purchased a large Fire Magic grill cover for $179, it didn't fit. Over the course of the last month, I sent 3 email massages via the preferred customer service method, 3 phone messages per the web site listed number and lastly, spoke with Ryan, who took my information and never returned call.
Can not recommend this company and will never do business with them again.

When I decided to replace my 15 year old gas logs with a new set, I'm sure I looked at 1000 sets all over the internet... probably more!!!! I just couldn't find anything I liked within my budget until I found Shop Chimney. Instead of choosing a log and burner combo set, I was able to separately choose the burner and set of logs (once I got help from Pearl at customer service) that were exactly what I was hoping to find. They are beautiful and look so much like a wood fire it's uncanny. I highly recommend Shop Chimney!!!
