So I received an email regarding my Humm account on the 23/04/20 letting me know that Humm reviewed my account and " due to COVID-19 and apparently my payment history that my available amount will go from a $1000 to $250 , yet I never missed a payment on past purchases and at the time my available limit was a $1000 so didn't owe anything ...... So I maxed out my Humm made one payment cause my $1000 limit was going to b $250 as from the 24/05/20.
Then I stopped making payments as I think Humm thinks they can alter a contract or revoke someone's balance for no reason . Last night I got a phone call from a rude lady from Humm demanding payment . So I told her I will make my payment's if you send me and email confirming that my available limit will b at a $1000 I am happy to make my payment's.
Well according to the rude rep from Humm , that's not how the word works , her words . Lol
Well Humm it is how the world works , U follow ur own rules so I am following my own as well U can keep ur $1000 dept , I will not make a payment till you fix my available limit simple as that , black list me , default me do what you have to do I don't care , treat people like crap and you will get the same in return

I have just completed my 3rd purchase using humm and it has been so easy and convenient. Very quick and easy purchase. I love the flexibility of being able to utilise the length of payment terms, make extra or early repayments as I choose to. So handy!

Very confused paid off six purchases with Humm mostly ahead of time and the day I went to buy something else I have been reduced without contact or even an email sent

Easy to buy what I want and pay it off in 5/10 payments. Very fast approvals And also I can keep track of my spending. Would recommend to everyone using this.

Easy to use I have been using this company now For approx 15 years when it was certagy and now Humm. I have been satisfied with all aspects. They have always been helpful when I have needed them.

I find it very handy when you get paid monthly, and you don’t have the money straight away. And there is no interest which is great, better than having to use your credit card

I have been a long time customer with Certegy (Humm) But recently I got charged a late fee at no fault of mine.
I went to make the payment and because they where is the process of debiting the payment, their was no option to make that payment on the day. Instead, I made two future payments and thought that would be good enough. Nope, they charged me a late fee plus when I contacted them they had no interest in removing the late fee instead telling me is was for making my payment late even when I explained what happened and there system did now allow me to make this payment on the day they still charged me the late fee and refuse to remove it. Been with them for almost 11 years. Not taking care of loyal customers is a very poor way in conducting Business because we are the reason you exist. Take my advice when I tell you this, treat people and your customers better or you will begin to lose them.

I downloaded the app, and after a few minutes I was able to purchase what I wanted. I would recommend this to anyone who is in a hurry to get what they want. Very easy, thanks hummm.

I bought gym equipment from Shop Zero in April 2020 was told it was going to be dispatched May 15 which I was alright with then May 15 came I was given a tracking number that didn’t exist then the dispatch changed to end of July so I cancelled the order. Shop Zero the retailer processed the refund which in turn processed a sales adjustment through Humm. I had paid $292.00 of a $772 order. The credit was processed on the 20/5/20, today is the 26/5/20 still no money in my account. Was advised that I had to wait to 3/6/20 never before have I had to wait this long SEEMS SUSPICIOUS

account credit keeps turning to zero balance every fortnight, despite everything paid off. Contacted customer service a zillion times and they haven't resolved anything. Afterpay, lay-by are way better, fixes problems promptly

I love humm , its even better than afterpay because it gives you more time to make payments instead of just 4 fortnights . And you don't have a limit like afterpay, with humm you can use big or little things , love it

I have been using Humm for about 7 years now and their VIP membership is great. Flexible repayments and no interest ever. Would highly recommend to anyone. Easy to setup.

We signed up our kids to an online tutoring service 15 months ago and have never missed a payment. Recently we were unable to access the tutoring platform and could not get any assistance despite calling the helpline. We requested termination of service. A week later we kept getting debt recovery messages and phone calls demanding payment. We have told Humm countless time that the service has been terminated. Instead the reply we got was they (humm) did not receive such notification which is beyond our control. How is it fair that the consumer gets bullied into paying for a service they did not receive? We have reported the tutoring company to ACCC and will now be going to financial ombudsman as well to report Humm.

I have never had a problem with Humm. I have been given a generous borrowing capacity and it can be used in so many useful places such as Myers and Retra Vision. They update their security as soon as there is any sign of a threat, and they keep it up to date when there isn't a threat. Easy to use and navigate both online and instore. I recommend Humm to all my friends and family.
