Quoted £400 by car dealer for a gap policy on my daughter's new car. Have bought easy gap on my car before, so asked here, only £100, so 300 saved!
Very quick and easy to sort on the phone with helpful and clear staff. Also it's a better sounding policy than the dealer quoted for. Great!

From first point of contact with advisor Tom he was extremely polite very professional and really new the products he was offing me I got a great quote and
I went on to buy a great Gap policy next day.

When buying on line I made a error and payed twice I then phoned and gentlemen said he would remove second payment hopefully that's been done. There was no fuss and very polite and helpful.

A fair price was offered to cover accidental damage to the alloys for 3 years. It gives me peace of mind. Although I am meticulous about looking after my car and wheels there is always a risk of damage.

The guy I spoke to was lot cheaper which was aery helpful, I explained what I was looking for and he sort my needs, which was a lot cheaper than a main dealer, I would recommend them and use again if needed.

I got a great rate from Shortfall which was £130 cheaper than what my dealers offered me!! However I ended up calling Shortfall back up 10 mins after setting up the policy to cancel it as my dealers matched their price! From what I saw of Shortfall they seemed good and they had no issue with me cancelling my policy

Problems with WEBSITE - apparently the maintenance had been sheduled for 14.00 instead of 2.00 so WEBsite was down during business hours. Adviser was great on the phone and I appreciated the very honest answer and therefore tried again in the evening as suggested - all good then

Called and discussed the policy options - much cheaper for same policy and same underwriter as I was offered at he BMW main dealer. So happy with my purchase of GAP and alloy wheel insurance.

Call handler knew what he was talking about , gave good advice too and price was competitive , . Documents sent right away and copies arrived in post two days later. Excellent .

Easy to use website, competitive quotation (over £200 less than the manufacturer quote for the same spec!!!) and very helpful when we phoned to make a minor amendment. Hope we never need to use it but also hope it's as easy to claim as it was to set up and understand.
