BEWARE! This company will send you signs with the wrong colors. Then they try and blame it on you and try to sell you more signs. After weeks of waiting for them to address my complaint of the wrong colors on my signs, they finally send me an email stating that my Adobe proof PDF/X1a:2001 format had the wrong colors. Nonsense, I have been working in the graphic arts business for over 30 years. DON’T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID…

My order came a month later and had 11 missing pieces. Did they think I was not going to count them.
I will NEVER order from sign on the cheap again.

I’ve had great luck in the past with Signs on the cheap, but something’s changed. They don’t seem to concern themselves with customer service and will not pick up the phone if something needs resolved anymore. Their email to confirm a new proof went to my junk folder and only when I realized it was 2 days past when I was supposed to receive the signs did I call and find out they weren’t even shipped yet. No offer to rush them, no apology for not picking up the phone NOTHING!! When I emailed in letting them know my disappointment all I got back was a notice of cancellation of the order. I didn’t even ask to cancel it. Find another company to do business with!!!!

I ordered $900 worth of signs. I sent the SAME graphic I use for another distributor and when the product arrived it looked like a kindergartner created them. The color was faded and not even close to RED. The graphic was pixelated and faded. Looked like some cheap chinese knockoff. I have ordered the SAME signs from another and the quality was perfect! This company was cheaper for metal signs and I see why. * * * STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAP * * *

I was a bit worried about ordering on line for the first time. NOT TO WORRY! Everything arrived promptly and just as ordered. The signs are durable, eye catching and the ones that didn't get taken or thrown away by street crews, etc, are still in perfect order for use again next year. Thanks, signs on the cheap!

Upon placing my order, I paid an additional $16 to get my sign the next day! Did you get it? I certainly didn't! After 3 days I called the company and they told me that they don't offer that option -- oh, I guess I must have hallucinated it then. To help me feel better they said they'd refund $8 and that I would get the sign in 3 more days. Those days came and went and 10 days later, I still don't have my sign! I would have purchased locally but I wanted to have a sign the next day. They don't stand by what they sell on their website. A waste of my time and money! Don't get scammed by them!

Our first order was about 10 days late because they were experiencing printing problems. They made it good by offering a 50% discount on our next order which worked out good since we were planning on ordering a "pending"rider to go with the original 18x24 "for sale" sign. The second order arrived on time, but they shipped the wrong product. We received an 18x24 sign instead of a rider stating "pending". I sent an email to which there was no response, so I called. They were "sorry" but insisted they sent what I ordered. Who needs an 18x24 "pending" sign???? They offered to send a rider for an extra shipping cost of $15. No thanks, I already paid $39 for shipping on this order not to mention the shipping cost on the first order. Their representative was argumentative, it was my mistake not theirs, but know I ordered a rider.

the first time I use their service I paid extra for the shipping and didn't receive my package until a week after the express shipping the second time I use this service I was sent the wrong signs and receive my package way later than expected

I am very satisfied with the 18x24 corrugated signs I purchased. They hold up to the weather and I very much like the flying eagle emblem on them. The only problem was my mistake in that I did not make my name characters large enough

I originally ordered a sign in March that I needed within two weeks for a listing. Apparently, the photo quality was not good enough so instead of calling me so that we could keep on schedule, they emailed me and the email went to spam and I never got it. I finally called them to find out where my sign was and they brought me up to date. So I then got a local print shop to do a mock up on the full sign because signs on the cheap has very few options for lettering and I could not get the lettering to pop against the photo background. I sent the new mock up and still did not hear from them. I called again in ten more days and they had cancelled the order inadvertently but still had not refunded the money. I talked to a supervisor and he apologized and said the order would be moved up to the front of the line and it would be shipped and in my possession by the 11th of May. It is now the 14th and I just got a shipping notice and have yet to receive the order. It is now projected to be here by the 20th of may. So, basically, it took me almost 3 months for one sign. I will never use them again. They should have given me the sign free for all the trouble I went through.

My sign came out exactly as I designed it and arrived 4 days earlier than promised! Carefully packed, good quality. I am very pleased.

I paid $124 to expedite shipping. It made no difference. It has taken forever to get some simply made signs. The second order was the expedited one so they already had a template of my sign. Slow, slow, slow. My next order will be local which costs more, but I get a quicker turnaround and save a ton on shipping.

I have run for office 3 times and had never used an on line sign supplier before. I used SignsOnTheCheap this time and it was a terrific experience. The only thing I would have changed was to enlarge the bottom lettering (my fault)! I even needed to call for address and young lady on phone was most pleasant.
I had many, many compliments on my signs and much better made than the ones I purchased before. Thanks SignsOnTheCheap!!

Paid for expedited shipping, but got an email the DAY before that they were to be delivered, saying sorry, they had problems, and our shipment was going to be a few days late. WHAT??? Needed those signs for an open house that weekend, but they were not delivered until the following Tuesday. They did refund the shipping charge, but I would have preferred that they overnighted the shipment as it was their mistake. Product was good, just bad on shipment.

This was my first time buying signs from you and i have to tell you that you exceeded my expectations.The signs are everything that i hoped they would be and have already ( from the first sign i put up) have brought in new work like you would not believe. I had to go out ad buy another Roller to handle the huge rise in jobs.

I use to use this company for all my signs now they don't offer any colors on the corrugated and the ink quality is very bad.... Will not do business with them anymore
