Shockingly bad quality. Returned items for a refund. No response. Finally put in a paypal claim and then they refused to refund unless i cancelled my paypal claim against them. Had to wait another 3 months before getting a refund from paypal because they would respond to paypal. Even though I have emails from them telling me they wont refund unless i remove paypal claim. Dodgy company.

I usually don’t write reviews unless I’m very happy with the product or the customer service. In this case, it’s both. These guys have a whole range of super cute matching track suites & after receiving my 1st order I was surprised at how good the quality of their clothes were so I decided to place another order. I live in Australia & both times my order has come within 2-3 wks (even in the middle of a pandemic) Their customer service is amazing too. Every time I emailed them, a team member Gavin was super nice, quick to respond to all my emails & very helpful in resolving any small issue that I had. I will most definitely recommend Siksilk!

They took my money. Never received any email notification nor tracking number. This was TWO MONTHS AGO. Never received item. No customer service. Shifty. I'm reporting them to my bank for investigation. I'd give ZERO stars if ohhhhh could

I have not received the goods worth 100eur. The delivery company had lost it and, to claim a refund I needed some papers to be filled by the sender, but Siksilk team has never responded to 3 of my emails. i find it so ignorant!

They didnt send the whole order. I lost almost 30€. They said I have to proof that the shirt isnt delivered! How can you proof a shirt that you didnt get ? Ghost Shirt ? Scam Brand dont order from them!!!

Esperienza totalmente negativa. Ho acquistato un paio di pant e la qualità è risultata molto scarsa; ho dunque deciso di restituire l’articolo il giorno dopo. Ho dovuto pagare ben 13,00 € per la spedizione e mi hanno rimborsato solo parzialmente l’importo previsto. È veramente vergognoso considerando che i siti più seri rimborsano integralmente e non si paga nulla per l’invio del pacco, che solitamente viene ritirato dal corriere presso la tua abitazione!!! Non comprerò più nulla da questo sito.

I placed an order and was told was dispatched the following day via Royal Mail. I was given a link to track my order. It said it would be delivered within 2 to 3 days. I kept checking in the Royal Mail link and said they had been made aware of the item and that they would keep me informed. When 5 days had passed and nothing had changed on the Royal Mail website I contacted SikSilk customer service and left a message as couldn't get through to a human. I also sent an email and this was answered saying that the order had been refunded. No reason given. I sent a second email asking them for the reason but this time no reply and checking my account with SikSilk I can now see that a refund has indeed been than but no explanation or apology. Very bad customer service.

I'm absolutely disgusted with this company the jacket I brought for my partner for Christmas was too small and when I sent it back they didn't send me a replacement or a refund it wasn't cheap over £150 so they have my money and my jacket stay away people you don't need unnecessary stress this time of year ????????????????

I placed the order online when ASOS didn’t have my size in stock. I live in usa and I was surprised when I saw siksilk does international delivery. I got my stuff in a week and everything came as ordered. Excellent service. Will be buying more stuff from them. Thanks
