You can tell that the dress is well crafted, it's absolutely stunning! Shipping was fast and they were able to get the dress to me in less than 2 weeks because my event was really soon. My daughter purchased a prom dress from this company online (www.simidress.com). The dress received was not the same color as depicted on the site. We contacted the company within the 48 hour window after receipt of the dress, per their return policy, to initiate the return. We contacted them via email, which was the only contact information provided. We sent the email in response to one of their emails. When a response was not received after a week, I called the phone number on the credit card transaction, only to discover it was incorrect. Several signs seem to indicate this company is sketchy, but my teenage daugher did not notice them. The email address is a gmail account. No physical address is listed. Return policy only provides 48-hours to contact them after receipt of dress. Copyright date on website is 2018. Finally, as we were unable to return the dress, we had to open a dispute with our credit card company.

I can't even begin to say how surprised I was when I received my dress 7 days after ordering it! Then I could tell as soon as I touched the material that it was well made and beautiful quality. I ordered a standard size and it fits very well ( getting the straps shortened by about 3cms). Totally recommend these talented dress makers - what have you got to lose?

The dress was perfect quality, which is rare when ordering online. The lace detail is beautiful and the small gems are subtle and are fixed well on the dress. The color is a bit of a darker pink than the photo shows, but that looks like it is due to a filter applied on the photo. Overall it is an amazing buy!

I am about to possibly purchase this dress, but I was wondering if anyone who had already purchased and received the dress, could possibly post pictures of what it looks like once I recently ordered this dress for my prom and it is absolutely stunning! The quality is excellent! For me though, the v neck is a little too deep for a prom but overall i am so in love with the dress! I have to say I was pleasently suprised by this on line shop. They deliver beautiful dresses. They are tailored to fit... my daughter and I are both petite so we worried... it came on time... again we worried.... the details were beautiful... again we worried and the email responces were way beyond anything I have ever had. Super nice. Reassuring thoughtful and prompt. There was nothing bad about this. Recomend 5 stars

Addendum to my previous post. We receive the dress 4/6/19. The dress has cheap material and workmanship. The skirt hangs a good six inches on the floor. They ask for specific measurements including height. IMG_0656.jpeg

I needed a homecoming dress in a week because my previous dress was not what I wanted (from different website). After a long time searching, I came across this website. At first I was very skeptical but after reading the ratings on different websites I decided why not and take the risk. I decided to email them to make sure that they could have my dress at my house by homecoming and they were very quick to reply (within the day) and were very polite. When the dress came in, I was happy with the way it turned out since I included my measurements and the dress fit me perfectly. Only thing I would warn future customers is that the dresses AND SHIPPING (I paid for express and was very pricy) are quite pricey and are shipped from China which means that shipping could take a while.
