Brilliant service i ordered the snow machine 2 days before Christmas and it arrived Christmas Eve just in time for Christmas Day snow

I ordered a DAB+ radio online which arrived next day. Unfortunately there was an issue with the speaker. I spoke to customer services at Simply Sound who organised a replacement radio to be sent by the next available courier. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I was just about to purchase an alternative product when one last website search provided me with the item I was looking for which is out of stock everywhere else via Simply Sound's site. I was fearing the worst that they also might not have the item when I placed it at silly oclock in the morning but low and behold the correct product has come through to match the set I already had

Product was modified (no mention of this online) plug & wire left hanging out of box as they didn’t fit due to modifications...Not presentable enough to give as a xmas gift so had to run out last minute to buy a replacement and having to go to the hassle of returning which was another farce of an experience! Will NEVER order from this company again!

Ordered 3 head-band mics - reasonably priced and was very happy with delivery - when they said next day they delivered by next day.

To be honest why it takes a week to send two microphones I’ll never know, this is the 2nd time I’ve used this company and the 2nd tine I have been very disappointed in them so I’ll definitely not be using there service again. If there was a problem with stock even an email would go a long way to explain but nope nothing

This is my second purchase , my first experience was excellent, I experience a little hiccup , I was wrongly advise by a member of staff and bought the wrong product. After a slightly heating conversation which could have been avoided with the customer service the problem was solved. So all in all not such a bad experience and I will be back.

I was so impressed with Simply S&L after my first order that I gladly came back for more! Firstly, I would say that their free shipping on ALL items is a massive plus, so there are no hidden costs to pay at checkout.

I was looking for a suitable amplifier/speaker which overcame the iPhone 8's infuriating lack of a headphone socket and which was also really, really LOUD. At a surely unbeatable & enticing price of £79.96 (reduced from £109) and capable of delivering 700W, the Party Light & Sound System appeared to fit the bill.

It was delivered within two days & my first impressions were that it looked great & is solidly built with quality components, weighing in at a hefty 8kg. So, the fact that it's attached to a trolley with a telescopic handle for ease of transport is a big boon.

Connecting my phone to the speaker via its Bluetooth facility I was initially disappointed, as even with the phone and speaker at full volume the sound was pretty puny and no where near as loud as I was expecting. I was thinking 'this is nothing like I was hoping for from a 700W speaker'.

HOWEVER, my initial disappointment was delightfully confounded as I realised when inputting music from the USB port, the Auxiliary jack or RCA Line inputs that the speaker/sound system was capable of immense power & volume - more than LOUD enough for my requirements. The output is also punchy, detailed, dynamic, crystal clear, balanced & full-bodied with plenty of low-end presence. And NO distortion at peak levels.

So, the lack of volume was wholly down to the puny Bluetooth signal from the iPhone and in NO way the fault of the party speaker. The solution to the problem of the Iphone's low level Bluetooth signal came in the form of another Simply S&L purchase, the 'AV:Link Bluetooth 2-in-1 Audio Transmitter & Receiver', which I will review in due course.

I would therefore heartily recommend this Party Speaker on price, looks, portability, the wealth of music inputs available - both wired & wireless - & a nice long battery life.

The eye-catching, sequencing LED light effects and the included wireless microphone are brilliant bonuses, with the mic. providing clear undistorted output over a wide range of tens & tens of feet. All-in-all I am delighted with the service & product provided by Simply S&L, endorse them fully & look forward to buying from them again in the future.

The iPhone 8 Plus's lack of a standard headphone socket has frustrated me from day one, with even supreme quality truly wireless ear buds not being quite loud enough for my liking.

I'd flirted with the idea of purchasing some sort of headphone amp/bluetooth receiver/transmitter over the last year, or more, but with a bewildering array of seemingly suitable gadgets available on ebay & Amazon from a few pounds to a few hundred pounds I could never make up my mind just what I needed and what price I was willing to pay - to, no doubt, cause irreparable damage to my hearing!

However, on discovering that my phone's puny output was completely inadequate to provide an acceptably loud output from my newly purchased
'Party Light & Sound 12" 700W Battery Sound System Bluetooth (New Model)' I went straight back to Simply S&L, as I trust them on price & the quality of AV equipment on offer; to try & source something suitable.

I immediately went for their 'AV:Link Bluetooth 2-in-1 Audio Transmitter & Receiver' priced at a very reasonable £22 (+ free shipping). As, ever it was delivered within 2 days, and whilst being much smaller than I imagined, it turns out that it packs quite a punch!

I utilised it as a receiver, receiving the Bluetooth signal from my phone, wiring it's output to the line in/aux of my Party Speaker. It connected via Bluetooth quickly & effortlessly and joyously boosted the (pathetic) output from my phone significantly, enabling the speaker to be played very, very loudly, indeed. Result!

I thought that, in addition to this I may have also needed a headphone amp or similar, but there's absolutely no need as this neat gadget also acts as an amplifier for the phone's bluetooth signal delivering loud & sharp, clear, dynamic, detailed, crisp sound with plenty of bass. So it is very useful as a wired or wireless headphone amp, connecting to an IPhone 8 (or similar) wirelessly as a receiver to wired phones/ear buds or as a transmitter for wireless phones/ear buds connecting to the phone with a compatible Lightning to headphone jack socket converter.

Hats off to Simply S&L on yet another successful shopping trip for me!

I called rather late to place the order, but they still managed to turn it around for a next day delivery, very impressed.

I am an artist and ordered a gobo projector which I thought might work in an installation I am building. It arrived the day after I ordered it which was great. Unfortunately it didn’t work as I had hoped and I had to return it. The returns service was excellent and I received a refund very quickly.

I emailed Simply Sound as I was going to buy a different fold back monitor to the one purchased. Ryan was extremely helping in looking into the specifications of my Amp and active monitor which I was hoping to daisy chain from. The service was excellent. Even though I could then find the monitor and leads at cheaper prices elsewhere I still bought from Simply Sound as I had confidence in receiving the item at the time I needed it. The item arrived as Ryan had described it, at the time I needed it (had a gig the next day) and it worked perfectly. I will definitely be using them again.

I bought a hdmi cable and after a month and 3 days it failed, there returns policy is 1 month, they wouldn't replace it for the sake of 3 days or give me a discount on a replacement, beware of cheap inferior products perhaps this is why the returns policy is so strict?

The order was placed just before midnight on a Friday and delivered for free at lunchtime on the following Wednesday (the third working day)

The goods arrived the next day despite the order being placed quite late in the day, they were well packed and arrived in pristine condition, what more could you ask for?

Iv always had great service and advice from these guys been gigging for over 35 years and won't use anyone else now having found them over 5 years ago highly recommended
