Gave them a short time frame to get my house sold, agreed a realistic price, photographed Wednesday, on market Friday , viewings on saturday and sunday, sold Monday, good advise with who to proceed with as had three offers.

I would like to recommend Sinclairs in Coalville, as the whole team kept us informed and up to date with our house sale. No move ever goes to plan but it is far less painful when your estate agent is honest and try to keep you informed.

I cannot rate Sinclair Estate Agents in Coalville highly enough. We had a rough time with a company we previously tried to sell with which made us lose all faith and also loose a lot of money. With the support of Sandra from Sinclair as well as all the other helpful staff there, we had a quick sale and purchase. The whole chain was kept happy, and there was always regular contact. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would advise them to family and friends looking to sell or buy.
All i can really say is a huge thank you to all involved in our sale and purchase!

Moved twice with Sinclairs within 20 months and they were excellent on both occasions. Sold our properties within 24 hours and then when the sale on the second property fell through, they returned the property to the market immediately and sold it against within two weeks. Always available to speak to. Return your calls without fail. Approachable, friendly and professional. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

I’m really pleased with Sinclair’s service. I’ve had a really positive customer experience. The Sinclair team are professional, informative and were excellent with communication every step of the way. They are a friendly team who have been great to deal with.

Our contact with Sinclair was entirely by email as we now live in Australia. We were a little apprehensive as to how this would work but the team at the Coalville office worked hard to ensure the selling process went as smoothly as possible for us right from the start. A few problems cropped up along the way but these were quickly dealt with by the Sinclair team. It was by far the most professional and efficient service we have ever had when selling a house. Thanks again Dan Maynard and the rest of the team!

Service was excellent, throughout the whole process they were quick to answer emails, they were happy to answer any questions I had about the property and also things I was unsure about buying wise (I am a first time buyer)! I would definitely recommended them to others.
Special mention to Kay at the Shepshed branch, she quickly put my mind at ease and was fantastic work with.

however sales progression team not very pro active as took nearly ten days to get back to me after enquiry which was told would get back to me in half hour

Booked a viewing for a friday, loved the house, put an offer in the following day and they got it through within 30 minutes. No hold up on their part. I would recommend using Sinclair for selling or buying your house
