Customer service was excellent after experiencing some difficulties on line had a live chat with Mark who gave me his number to give him a call and he sorted everything out for me. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

I got caught up in the French strikes at the weekend.

Easyjet was useless but I used the LiveChat on the skicover website and within a few minutes, I was much clearer on where I stood and what I could claim for.

Was pleased to be able to get winter sports insurance even though I live in France. Website was user-friendly and hopefully that will be the only contact I have with Skicover.

I always renew my annual ski insurance over the phone. Excellent service and easy renewal. Documents are posted out to my home address.

the great thing about dealing with Skicover is that you get the feeling that they understand your requirements - family, annual multi trips, off piste skiing, touring, summer activities, mountain biking etc - and can actually articulate the scope and benefits of the vover they recommend. There are cheaper prices available via the aggregators, but I know I want to deal with someone who skis and knows their products inside out as opposed to a commodity seller who is the cheapest....
