I made two bookings with Skiddoo which I was very happy with except for two small issues.
The first was a return trip to LA on Qantas at a very good price.....Wonderful but my only issue was that you had to pay quite a lot extra to choose a seat on each flight (4 in all).
The second was a trip on Alaska airlines. It said no baggage but I will have a bag to check in and there was no option to pay for this during my booking.

After making a thousand phone calls and hundreds of emails I didn’t get a single reply after 2 days of trying so I could reschedule my flight!

Every-time I called the answer was phone would tell me to send and email. The email response was to call the phone. Absolutely shocking experience at a really difficult time! I will never use this company again!

Tickets were not sent within 24 hours as promised. When I queried where they were I was told to check spam and junk. They were not there. I had to email again and they were then sent, over 48 hours later. Lots of time worrying I had lost my money. Not good enough!

Turned up for my 6am flight and it was cancelled had to wait until 1005am for the next flights.

I had no problem with the process, which went very smoothly and quickly I could access Singapore Airlines and book my seats in a very short time of booking..

I booked 2 tickets for my parents to return to the US via the website. The booking process was quick and easy with the best price on the market. The e-tickets was also issued right after. We checked-in today at the airport and everything went smoothly.

Zero star for the service, i have booked my ticket through online , my flight has been canceled suddenly because of covid-19 , I try to contact them through calls mails and i have sent my brother to skiddoo office in north Sydney where it is shut down , so how can I contact them no one is responding to calls msgs mails and anything, i need refund or change the flight. If Your support receives this mail , give me a reply to my mail id

That man can't fixed my reschedule and any update.

I have a bad experience with Skyddoo,my departure date has changed one of the staff of Skydoo which I didn't do, I was stopped travelling on that particular day. My departure date was 21 st Nov 2019, the person changed it to 30th Nov 2019, and I had gone through a hell with the airline staff to go in the same flight, finally flight has to keep half an hour delay just because of me. Now they are not ready to pay

First time booking with Skiddoo and found very easy to make a booking online and prompt reply via email eventhough they must be very busy with COVID-19 queries, they were still able to reply via email staight away, which I was suprised. Little tip "Don't Call" just email them its quicker.

I Booked and canceled within 24hrs using App, easy to contact via mobile. Exceptional Customer Service person handled my Booking with the Highest Degree of Excellence, Polite Professionalism. Highly Recommend

I am happy with flight booking experience this is my first time with skiddoo update e-ticket been sent to me, past i have been ripped off by oneworld travel Bentleigh East Melbourne. I checked out with the airline and they've issued my e-ticket update i am happy with skiddoo.

Top service website is so easy to use no problems making booking at all and tickets came minutes later even thought it said it could take up to 24 plus hours very competitive prices and a lot more options ????

I am happy to say that the purchse of tickets was trouble free, I have what appear legitimate documents that show the itinery and flight details, I am happy to give 5 stars after the flights are taken.. till then happy to say the purchase process seems worry free and user friendly,

The process was quick, however I was waiting for e-tickets to be emailed since buying the flights 4 - 5 days ago. This was advised in an email, so waited and then got worried. I ended up checking on the China Airlines site for the reservation. I had a sigh of relief.when I was able to see our booking.

You could improve the communication of the email and clarify the message being sent. Maybe just advising passengers to use the reservation with a link to the airline should they want to check and have proof of their booking.

No response to mails, and have put me in waiting for 1.5 hour not once it happened 7 times. I have tried reaching you with an issue no one is responding such a worst experience I don’t recommend for anyone this Travel agent

I had return flights booked from Syd to Paris on 21 April 2020. Then Covid19 hit and that was the end of that, which is fine and best for all.
Skidoo CS staff, Cheryl, Bethal and Sharon kept me up to date via emails and returned my enquiries promptly. Yes I would recommend. Others have left not so favourable reviews but I cannot fault them during these exceptionally tough times in the travel industry. Recommend
