We implemented our Learning Management System from Skillcast in July 2017 as we needed to replace our outdated e-learning system. Skillcast helped us get up and running quickly and have offered continual excellent support and development to enhance our learner's experience whilst ensuring we have robust reporting for tracking our colleagues interactions. From sales through to service and support I would highly recommend Skillcast for all your E-learning requirements

I have used Skillcast in the last 4 companies I have worked for. Unlike other training firms where you are expected to set up the individual programmes for each staff member, Skillcast provide a dedicated account manager who takes all the hassle away and see's to everything.
Would definitely buy from them again.

Brooke our customer contact is brilliant - she is always available and helpful. It does not matter what sort of question or query she responds promptly.

We have had an excellent relationship with Skillcast over the last 6 months, with both our account manager Ryan and our service manager Michal.
Whenever I email Michal, our requests are dealt with promptly, we are kept informed and nothing is too much trouble.

I received excellent support from Tim Bloom throughout the time i was administering the skillcast platform for my workplace, Nothing was too much trouble for him and would always go out of his way to help. The Skillcast platform is easy to use, I struggled initially when i first started to create my own courses but the support i received was great. Would highly recommend this E-learning platform.

Having worked with Skillcast for the past 3 years, I am extremely happy with the service they provide. My account manager always goes the extra mile to help, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

If there has been anything specific that we have wanted to achieve (bespoke design, or maybe just doing things in a slightly different way) Skillcast have always managed to come up with a solution that works for us.

Prompt and excellent services with problem solving skills from Global Client Service Manager, Hannah. Skill-cast's online modules are effective for staff training and knowledge enhancement. I will definitely recommend them to others and buy from Skill-cast again.

We have launched our first part of training courses with Elisa Lo Iacono, It has been a great experience as she had followed us with all aspects, always promptly and in effective terms. She has also trained me on how to provide changes on my own and that proved highly effective.I had the chance to work as well with Hannah Tyler at the beginning and had equally satisfactory experience, I was very happy of that. So I am very glad of this service, I'd highly recommend it and I am looking forwards to continue collaborating with them.

Excellent communication and service from our client manager Bertha. The online training was quick and easy to set up - and the modules were well-received by staff. Overall, great value for money too.

I have worked with Simon Truckle and Vanessa Tommasi at Skillcast in developing a large suite of training materials for a wide range of internal audience. The suite of materials aim at different level of target audience which means it was tricky to design and implement differentiated visuals, content and pitch. They are super professional, quick to understand our business need and we quickly agreed on an execution strategy. The delivery was swift and meticulous, Vanessa has demonstrated great eyes for detail in helping us perfecting every aspect of the resources that we built. Thank you Vanessa for your great support, it's very much appreciated by our team. I have regular interactions with Lara Gail Dougall & Bertha Mizzi who both are very quick to respond to any queries we have at the Co-op Insurance. Once we were introduced to Lisa Cooper everything was great. Lisa came back with the development timeline and when we asked if this could be delivered sooner Lisa was able to agree giving us deadlines and kept us updated at each stage.

To improve, our account manager Chris Maher, did not respond to emails, chased for things which had already been sent previously. I was disappointed

Skillcast were highly communicative throughout the process of reviewing and updating our training and our Client Service Manager, Brooke, was always quick to respond to queries and in some cases went beyond requirements to implement updates in the interest of expediency.

A couple of small notes: on occasion Skillcast, as the specialist training provider and through their subject matter specialist consultants, could possibly have provided more judgement on specific relevant questions and material, as the content provided by the consultants was not always relevant or correct to the type of business we conduct and a number of changes had to be requested. Skillcast were fully able to implement any changes as requested.

We also felt that on occasion greater attention could have been paid to detail, as once or twice we had to request the same change more than once, or requested changes were returned with spelling errors. Whilst not big issues, they slow down the overall process.

There have been no reported issues with the training implementation following the training roll-out. Overall, we are satisfied with the service we have been provided, and felt the process was smooth once Brooke was involved in the product development.
