I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO LIVE IN EUROPE to avoid buying from this website for the following reasons: 1. We ordered two cases from this website on the 10th of February 2020 however the cases arrived today , 15th May 2020. Four months after my payment. I know that they will say that this is because of the pandemic, however the company has a duty to inform the clients, who had paid for this product regarding regarding their products. 2. HIGH ALERD FOR EUROPEANS: I HAD TO PAY 45,53 EURO TO THE CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES IN BELGIUM AS A CUSTOMS TAX. Imagine I had already paid 75 dollars for this 2 cases however, I paid an extra amount of 45,53 EURO. The company seems to intentionally tried to hide this information from the clients. Due to the fact that the items came from a non-EU country , from Hong Kong, the country will impost an extra customs fees. SO IN ORDER TO GET YOUR PAID ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AN EXTRA AMOUNT TO YOUR TAX AUTHORITIES. 3. Lastly but not least the cases are extremely low quality. After four months of waiting, the cases are already falling apart. The plastics of the corners in both cases are a bite broken and the cover painting is falling apart. YES , THE COVER PAINTING IS FALLING APART FROM THE DAY 1 THAT IT ARRIVED. Is not only broken in 1 of the sides but also the cover that supposed to be the cover background that i paid for it has already fallen in some parts of the cover. UNBELIEVABLE. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE MANY FAKE NEWS THAT THEY ARE ON THEIR WEBSITE OR HERE.

I ordered a cover for my iPhone X and a corresponding pop socket. The shipment was super fast. The cover that I chose for my iPhone recalled the fantasy of the colors of the marble with the combined Socket pop. Products of the highest quality, I immediately fell in love with them. The case is light and at the same time protective. I chose to order Christmas gifts right on the slick cases website. The customer service was super helpful in answering me as soon as possible. Will definitely purchase from Slick again!

The website is easy to navigate, with instructions to make sure I get the correct size for my mac. It was very easy to proceed with my order and I can see the shipping fee right away even before I had to check out. I like that I received an email from them right away and they also sent another email with the delivery information. The cases came well-packaged and once I saw them, I was so happy!!! Just as I imagined how it would like on my mac and I can say that its really is sturdy and will protect my macbook. It was easy to install and remove, if needed. Love the rubber pad at the bottom too! Sticks on the table and makes sure my mac won't fall of by accident or something. Overall I'm very satisfied and will definitely order again!!!

Stylish product! Had a couple of friends compliment me on this case already. Surprisingly I actually received my order within a week, the customer service was quick and helpful and they kept me posted on my shipment all along! The worst customer service! Ridiculous shipping costs. Do not waste your time. The worst customer service! I ordered a case package which includes a Mac case, keypad protector and leather zip bag, and also ordered a accessory bag. After receiving my order after approximately a few weeks, I found out the order want even fulfilled correctly. I only received the case and accessory bag without the keypad and leather zip bag. I contacted them to tell them those items were not included and the best they could give me was a voucher for another case package and 50% off. I demanded free shipping but they won’t reply. They charge ridiculous amounts ($42 USD for me) for shipping if you don’t spend over $100 USD and will not pay for their mistake. Even with the voucher and discount I still have to spend over $100 to get free shipping. I certainly am upset with this service. It’s almost a scam. Will never buy from them again.

Absolute scam. Cases look NOTHING like they do on their site. No returns. What a business model that is. I filed a complaint with Paypal but they required me to pay $60 return shipping to China. Customer service was non-existent.

I saw their posts on Facebook and so I tried to order the Black Marble case. It was a bit late than i had expected after i ordered, and they sent notices which i appreciate despite the delay. My order came in nicely packed and the case is really nice! Looks like real marble. The organizer is ok too.

Bought an iPhone custom case for my girlfriend for Christmas. Was scared as the shipping took a bit more time but lucky to have it befors christmas. By touching the case i can definitely say that it feels premium, the corners are tough to protect the device. Hope my girlfriend would love this :)

Perfect case with bright colours and the design just looks amazing. I haven't got any cons to mention even I have used the case for more than a month now. Looking forward to see if I get any problem. Anyways, the price meets the expectations.
