DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! So many complaints regarding their service and shipping delays. I’ve placed an order, going on 2 months now, and have sent 2 emails with NO response. Shady how they’ve blocked the ability to add comments to all their social media. They won’t release a statement regarding the delays nor are they responding to order inquiries. All they need to do is respond. Im sure people will understand. Give your money to someone who deserves the business.

Not only is their customer service non existent, they lied to me about shipping times, and the skin that came was so incredibly cheap and poorly printed that i threw it straight into the bin. Never buy from Slickwraps!!!

Was trying to get my fiancé decals for his birthday so I placed an order a month in advance (the site says 6-8 days for custom orders to be shipped). Emailed to get an update after 3 weeks and got no response from customer support. A week later, I got a notification that my package shipped (a month isn’t quite the same as 6-8 days, but ok). Another month later, I still haven’t received anything, my tracking information hasn’t updated since the day after it “shipped,” I’ve reached out to their support team 2 more times, and no response. Like at this point, even if I get my order, I’ll never order from them again based on their false advertising when it comes to delivery expectations and HORRIBLE customer service. At least have the decency to acknowledge your customer emails. If you’re having known issues with shipping, update your site or reply to an email with this info. Ignoring questions and complaints just makes you look worse...

Slickwraps is trash. Same problems as everyone else. Placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent multiple emails with no reply. They really are just scamming people. Disputed the charge on my card and got my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

These are awesome wraps. They stick well but do not leave residue. I have had one on one of my computers for over a year. Looks just like it did when I installed it. I only order when they have 60% off. Why? Because they take 3-4 months to ship. Just got some in that I ordered in June. They will make good cheap Christmas gifts.

Do not order from Slickwraps!!!! I ordered a wrap and it took them a month to just get it out. I emailed them 3 times to just cancel the order. No response. They're terrible at communicating and just don't care.

They lied to me about shipping. Said at checkout it would be 5 to 15 working days from that day. It's been over a month and I've only now got a confirmation email saying they have my order after i had to open up a dispute through pay-pal. Their customer service team is atrocious and never actually responds especially if its to do with late orders. NEVER order form these guys. they aren't worth your effort at all.

Well I ordered some wraps with them! What I should done first is read the reviews first and I would have known! I got the same response (lack there off) as everyone else. But I did get a email back from the company saying they are sending it now. But that was after I emailed them stating that if my product was not shipped in a timely matter that I would dispute the charges and get my money back and also call my lawyer and file legal matters! Needless to say they emailed me and told me it was out today. Only 3 hours after my email did I get that response! It’s sad to say that I am willing to spend thousands on this for maybe 50 bucks but it’s the principal! Such horrible business practices!!

I have had the same exact issues with slick wraps as everyone else! Ordered the skins, haven’t been able to get the item I paid for or a return email. It said COVID may delay shipping but USPS has no record of the item shipping at all and of course customer service hasn’t responded at all outside of the initial email the auto sends when you contact them. This company is a joke and I would highly recommend saving your money. I figured even with the bad reviews that 5$ was worth a shot to see if my experience was any better. Not even close! Slick wraps is a scam clearly. Glad I used a prepaid credit card! Always do this when ordering from a new small company.

Purchased naked wrap for my MacBook over two Weeks ago and still have not received it. This is not good. Think I’ve been burned. Going to contact PayPal and file a complaint. Do not buy from this company. There are others to buy from run away now before you get screwed. Even if I do get it the wait time and lack of response from customer service sucks. They should be shut down.

Ordered a skin cover for my daughters MBPro, originally it says shipped in 2 days, I paid extra and it’s been 2 weeks and we have no words from the company. I send 4 emails and got no response from Slickwraps. Congrats, you guys just scammed a 10 year old.

2 months since they took my money and not a single word from them. The worst bit is the keep advertising but have shut down comments on Instagram because they were getting slammed on there as well. Possibly the worst online company I’ve been conned in to buying something from. Do not believe the 5 star reviews.
