I Finished work early on a Friday and needed my item to arrive on Monday, therefore I gave them my approval, PO number and a price, the employee did everything perfect and sorted and arranged my delivery. Over the years I have needed this to be done before with other companies and they always seem to fail.

Nothing is too much for Liz and the team , need the items by 10.00 am next day and they sorted it for me, I use Slingsby all the time , wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10

I ordered 2 items one was out of stock. but Slingsby sent the hand gel without waiting for the broom to be restocked.the broom has now been sent

When the order arrived some parts were missing and also some breakage which I believe was due to transit however, once it was reported the after sales service given by Jack Smithies was excellent and the replaced items were dispatch very quickly and his customer service skills were impeccable

Customer service ladies are very helpful, they advised goods will be delivered to us on Thursday20/06 but they did not turn up till 24/06, I have spoken to Slingsby several times to check when the delivery will be but no confirmed info provided.

Would have been 5 if delivery driver had phoned correct contact number supplied on delivery.
Item works for our requirements and was delivered the following day after placing order

Ordered at 3:4I5pm arrived next day at 10am. Brilliant service. Ideal for a shed base which is what I used them for,no maintenance no rot, cheaper than a wooden base.

I found that Slingsby hold a wide range of good quality products to suit every pocket, I was impressed with how easy it was to navigate around the website, I managed to purchase what I required without any of the dramas other web sites can cause, and I must say that in my experience with Slingsby the follow-up customer service and delivery service could not be faulted, I will be looking at Slingsby as my first port of call when looking for items and equipment to suit my business needs

Speedy dispatch and well packaged - put specific note on online order re accessing building for delivery / safe place because it’s a converted mill with 2 entrances - which either wasn’t passed to delivery man or ignored and consequently had a frustrating & un-necessarily long tel convo relating it all to him again, whilst I was at work & he was quite abrupt in terms of receiving the details.
