Replacement or return is very difficult. Every time when you email. You got approach by new person. Need to start whole things from beginning. There is no live chat nor phone number. Only email is point to contact. There email responders are in different time zone. So, need to wait couple of hours to get response.

My daughter broke her glasses and wanted the same frames again but couldn’t find them anywhere. I found them on Smart Buy Glasses and ordered them for her. Shipping was quick and she received them via courier within days. I’m very impressed with the service and my daughter said the frames were exactly the same as her others. She’s happy. I’m happy. I have purchased prescription glasses from other on line sites and was very disappointed. I gave this site a shot without expecting much but I was very surprised. The quality of the prescription was excellent. I will definitely be purchasing more glasses from this company in the future.

***WARNING -- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR 100% RETURN POLICY***
It took 48 days to get my glasses. When they arrived the left lens was not the correct prescription. I had to ship them back at my cost and now they will not give me a full refund.
I ended up buying at Costco for less than Smartbuyglasses.

0 stars if possible. Oh, positive reviews here are paid marketing posts. Un-verified customers. 100% SURE. My Order CA0561011322G I'm a second time customer. The first was also a bad experience with item getting cancelled, reprocessed, re-ordered, delayed order, everything that just can go wrong. I tried to give it another shot, NEVER again and it just got worse. Ordered something. Help desk changed something and confirmed the order. After which, I checked my status, it got cancelled! My credit card has already been charged, they didn't inform me, and I had to find out myself. Despite me confirming the order with their help desk a few days ago! --Update-- Instead of getting the refund, decided to push through with an alternative just to finish this fiasco. Given my complaint, they expedited delivery of this new one. So far item arrived and it is okay. My advice for anyone purchasing, to coordinate fully to ensure item is available and ready to ship. I cannot comment on standard delivery schedules as I know mine was expedited.

People have speculated as to the validity of this company as well as the authenticity of what they sell. Well, I ordered in stock Maui Jim Red Sands for $249 CAD on October 21st that were shipped from their Hong Kong origination center and just received them today October 25th in St. John's, NL, Canada. They are the real deal and exactly what I wanted, having just returned from Florida, where the identical pair were $229 USD. I have the same bronze lens Haleakala's just purchased in Florida and the vision is identical. Thank you smartbuyglasses.ca!

Ordered a set of prescription raybans, was it the smoothest process ever? No. Did I get legit raybans with my prescription and transition lenses in less time then my local optometrist quoted and at 150 dollars less? Yup. They even included the original lenses that rayban ships them with, the serial number is verified by rayban and the prescription checked out at my local optometrist, from order to delivery it took 14 days exactly, they shipped from Hong Kong (your like ERMAGAWD DEY TOOK ER JAWBS?!) but that's how they offer the reduced prices. If you're looking to support local shop elsewhere, if you wanna save a few bucks buy at Smartbuy and send their customer support team an email they'll hold your hand through the whole process and do a fantastic job.

I never write reviews but I just have to put my support out there for this company. I bought a $30 pair of glasses and they were exactly what I pictured them to be. I had a minor problem with the lenses but they exchanged them and paid my shipping, no fuss! Jennifer in customer service was an absolute dream to work with! You never come across that kind of customer service anymore!

I had extremely efficient and timely customer support. My selected Versace frames were currently not available but I managed to find another frame. Delivery in Canada was earlier than expected and the glasses are amazing. They fit well and being progressives I was quite worried. I also have an extremely high prescription. I was pleasantly surprised at the glasses I received and the vision through the ultra-thin 1.74 lenses that I had selected. So much so that I just ordered another pair online in a Givenchy frame. I hope this pair is as good as the last!

The shipping was SUPER fast. The prescription lenses are bang on. My only complaint is how they sit on my face. They are a bit too low for me but that is more of a personal issue. These glasses are great! Sold my coworkers on them.

Quite honestly, I was a bit nervous after reading some negative reviews. My desired eye frame was available at a big discount and I decided to give it a try. They got delivered in no time and, big relief, were also authentic!

I received my Kate Spade glasses a few days ago and I am just thrilled! It was my first time ordering online and I was very nervous. I took my time selecting my frames and I used all the helpful tools. I loved that they had all the measurement of frames so that I could ensure I selected a frame that best fit my face. Price was great, I will be back because I can afford another pair! Thank you!

I had a very pleasant shopping experience and customer service experience with Danielle. I'd realized I'd ordered the wrong style and the actual style I liked was no longer available, and Danielle was extremely helpful – clear in communication and was excellent in putting my order on hold swiftly, while I confirmed that I would like to proceed with the cancellation, rather than having her switch the style (which is great that they can do). She immediately cancelled my order and gave me a timeline when I can expect the credit.

I'll be taking a further look at their inventory today and will surely be a repeat customer.

Initially I was excited to order because I found the shades I wanted for a pretty good price. I was notified a couple days later after purchasing that I have to send an i. D picture for verification, which I thought was strange because I paid debit card. After verification I was notified days later that the shipment will be at least another month for shipping. Very dissatisfied I wouldn't recommend ordering from this site. And I'm still waiting for my frames to arrive.

I was unsure about entering my prescription and simply uploaded it. I received an email with guidance for more information. When replying I had a question. I received quick feedback, and my glasses arrived quickly, in excellent condition. I felt very engaged in the process with emails with updates and had access online to the status of my order. I felt like it was so easy and would definitely order through them again!!

Great experience. Authentic product.
I was skeptical when I saw so many bad reviews in other places. My prescription ray bans were delivered to me in Canada within 4 days. Prescription is bang on. Glasses are certainly authentic and also included the original sunglass lenses with the etched ray ban logo.
