Hi all

I went last week to smile bar at Chadstone, It was bad experience

I have done 60 min by $100 then when I finished, nothing change and my teeth still same as before !!

So, go back and save your money :)

I did the 30minute treatment which they split into two 15 minute sessions. The guy was friendly but I was just sat into the chair without checking my teeth first or determining the colour pre-treatment. I was given something like a teeth guard with gel on it to put Into my mouth. The gel itself didn't hurt on my teeth - the blue light is coming from a rather flimsy looking arm and in case you move you have no idea if it's still pointing at your teeth or not. The protection glasses didn't look like they had been cleaned before and nobody explained why I needed them in the first place. Afterwards I was shown a mirror and to be honest I didn't see much of a difference but since the colour wasn't checked before it's easy to tell yourself they look whiter because after all you just spent 30 minutes and not a small amount of money to whiten them. They go straight on to selling you special tooth paste and a whitening pen to maintain results. Do yourself a favour and pass on this one. There was nothing to be gained and to me it's a huge scam. The experience I had was nothing like the little video on their website. It was a chair in the middle of a shopping mall. Not recommended. I've been looking at my teeth all day and they look exactly the same colour. Huge disappointment.

I used the Smile bar for the first time today and am thrilled with my results. The staff were amazing, helpful and extremely curteous. I will definitely be going back. I also purchased the pen and toothpaste to extend the whitening process. Highly recommend their services!!

My partner brought me a Cudo voucher of Christmas for the smile bar, it just expired and I rang the mobile number to book to see if I could still use the voucher and the lady was so rude told me too bad and was just horrible, I've never spoken to someone who has such bad customer service and no empathy what so ever, she could not care less that I missed out and the fact that it was a Christmas present, she just said too bad and hung up!

I paid $139 up front for 45 minutes treatment. After 45 minutes I could see no improvement in the colour of my teeth. I told the very inexperienced "technician " that I couldn't see a difference and he told me that I had to wait 2 hours for the full effect. This is a con.

Absolutely useless , 1 hour 20 min session and not a trace of any improvement. The follow up products are utterly useless too.

I rarely write product/service reviews but this one must do because I don’t want others to get big regret & disappointment by spending their hard earned money on this useless product. I just got back from Smile Bar Melbourne Central after finished 60 minutes session and gained very big disappointment & regret for the outcome. Staff who told me my teeth will be whitened by 6 shades after 60 minutes session. You know what! After wasted 60mins of time, my teeth were still the same color, which I had, and not even a one shade whiter!!! OMG what a lie!! Although staffs were friendly but don’t seem like they have much knowledge about what they are doing. So, don’t waste your money and time on this.

Update after being contacted by customer service to remove the review -
My huge disappointment of result from 60 minutes session (worth $249) has become super huge disappointment by adding poor customer service of smile bar. They really need to learn how customer satisfaction can affect the success of a business in this competitive environment. What a shame!

I had a 30 minute treatment with no change at all. I took a photo the morning before the treatment. The hard sell on after care products was unexpected. I have a second voucher but don't think I'll use it.

I got a half an hour session for only $85! Compared to the original it was a bargain, not to mention the pen and toothpaste were discounted too. I was happy with the whitening results, definitely noticeable!

I did a 30 minute session in an afternoon, and it looked very impressive immediately afterwards.
I strictly followed their directions not to have consumed anything in the 3 hours after. By the time I was going to bed, my teeth look like the session had never happened.

Today I did a 45 minutes treatment and I'm really happy about it! I was a little bit stressed before doing it but the staff was very friendly and helped me to relax.
Results are great and I even purchased a whitening pen to keep the results longer.
A bit long but worth it

I had already whitened my teeth at the dentist but because I'm a smoker my teeth got grayish again .. A friend told me about SmileBar and it is cheaper than what I paid at the dentist. Is it a really simple and fast treatment as I just wanted a touch up. The staff was very friendly too they didn't recommend too much I got the results I wanted :)

Pacific fair I was walking out side of Myer seen the smile bar had a look wow there nothing like the reviews Melbourne n Sydney! The women who I spoke to was amazing and 100^% confident in there product and yes it works the hour and 20mins deluxe treatment couldn't fault it. Pacific Fair

I bought a 30 min session and it didn't work at all. Absolutely no difference to my teeth.
Please don't waste your money. Unfortunately for a good result you need to head to a qualified dentist, not a backpacker!
I was greeted by a man who could hardly speak English so found it hard to explain the process to me.
At the end he tried to sell me some toothpaste and a pen, DON'T buy these- another con.
Don't even think about it, DO NOT buy!!

Paid for the 1 hour option and once I was able to get a look at what they looked like they were white around of each tooth and nothing had changed in the middle so they look pasty and patchy so I went back and they just keep saying that they can see a difference.

I paid for a 45min session I had amazing results the girls are so beautiful they all wear the same uniforms clean they took very good care of me. The product works the girls took a before and after photo wrote down my shade of teeth and when I finished they were beautiful and white n pain at all.
