On 3/12/21, I paid Snappr for 2 hours of photography service, to be completed on 4/17/21. However, the day before the shoot, the photographer said she was busy on 4/17/21, and provided one hour of photography service on the next day, on 4/18/21. On 4/26/21, I received the photos from the Snappr Photographer. I was not happy with the qualities of the photos and followed up with the Photographer on 4/26/21, 4/27/21, and 6/25/21 and did not receive any resolution from the Snappr Photographer. On 7/16/21, the Snappr photographer sent me some photos via email. However, upon close examination, the photos looked the same as the original photos and there was not any re-editing done to them.
Due to dissatisfaction with the quality of the photos from the 4/18/21 photoshoot, for which I did not receive a resolution, and the lack of response from the Snappr photographer, I would not want to use Snappr again. Also, I paid for 2 hours of photography service that was scheduled to take place on 4/17/21, but received only one hour of service. I requested a refund for the unused hour and was denied by Snappr.

I suggest you hire a photographer somewhere else unless you are looking for a really bad experience that you won’t forget for a long time.

Booking with Snappr is so awesome! low price access to luxury class photographers! if you're hesitant with a photographer you're booking online, better to be in touch with their logistics team because they will give you more options than there is at the website! that is why I always get my advise from Josh(Snappr team). Thanks Snappr! Defenitely will be recommending you more!

It was easy to use Snappr's website. The only thing is that I couldn't check the price until the last step. What if I just wanted to browse the price? For example, I want to buy a gift card for my loved ones but if I don't know how much a session costs, how do I know how much I should spend on the gift card? Other than that, everything was great and very convenient!

Our photographer was very professional, he also was open to all of our suggestions for our shoot. We felt so fortunate to have rece7such a well matched photographer for our needs. Would definitely use snappr again and would highly recommend them.

I used Snappr Photo Shoot last April, for my daughter's birthday. As a last minute decision, it was easy to book and to make the payment. The team was very responsive to all my questions. The photographer was on time and was very nice with everyone, including my dog.

This was the most innovative, no fuss, fun thing ever.

I booked a photographer through Snappr for my son's 2nd birthday spent in San Diego.

It was very reasonably priced, low fuss, efficient and the pictures are amazing

Excellent work! The photographer arrived with his wife who provided a number of important tasks. This expedited the process and led to a smooth, very pleasant experience. Even the puppy was happy and did not disturb this project. The photographer and his wife exhibited superb communication skills, demonstrating insight and interest into the customer's needs, while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism in both interaction and in the area of skill. The outcome was exquisite and much better than expected!

Affordable and high-quality photographers but the Snappr service is abysmal. It's taken three months to try to move a photographer date. The photographer was never told about the date move despite Snappr telling me they had told them, so I received a call from the photographer a few days before the shoot date. Therefore I would only recommend Snappr if you have a straight forward booking. The second you want to make changes it's extremely painful.

Service was excellent and the app was really easy to use. Photographer Bill was prompt, understood the brief, was easy to work with and delivered the shots faster than expected. Will definitely use them again.

We had pictures taken for our 30th Anniversary in May. Unfortunately I cannot remember the photographers name, but he did an awesome job, he was very professional, on time, didn't rush us and took over 200 pictures and we were very happy with the outcome. I recommend Snappr to anyone wanting to do a photo shoot in Las Vegas!

Snappr is Amazing. They get you the best professional photographers possible specializing in the type of shoot that an individual needs. I booked with Josh once who is part of the Snappr team and he booked our family in with Joseph who is a GREAT photographer. Will defenitely book again!

Awesome company!! I had scheduled a photoshoot with another photographer in the area who cancelled at the last minute and I was in a rush to find someone for the date. I called snappr and within an hour they had a great photographer available. The photos came out beautiful!

Snappr has been a wonderful resource for us. I first heard of snappr when my husband used their services to capture his surprise proposal to me, and they did just a wonderful job that I used their services again for an engagement party (in a different part of the country), and also for my bridal shower. Each photographer had their own flair, and I worked closely with the snappr team (GREAT customer service) to find a good photographic fit. Seriously, these people are rockstars. They were so prompt in their communications, and really went the extra mile to make sure that I had the service I wanted. I would use snappr again in a heartbeat. And the photographers were great and professional as well, even forgoing my efforts to feed them because they wanted to get their work done. Professionals, professional service, professional quality photographers. There is nothing more I would ask from them.

The site was reasonably user friendly and easy to navigate, and being able to see samples of the photographers work was nice. But a couple of things that are kind of annoying about the site is that the share option wasn’t clear as to what was being shared and with whom. Not very intuitive. It was also unclear where and how to change or update the password.

It was simpler than I thought it would be! Everything went smoothly, from booking, communicating with our photographer beforehand, the photo shoot itself, payments, and getting the digital photos afterwards.

The site was easy to navigate and very intuitive. I was able to select what I want in a very short amount of time.

The booking was a little haphazard, even after I had booked it online and made the payment, I got multiple calls and emails from the rep to finalize my booking.

Site is easy to use. Service was amazing including the follo ups. Taufique was amazing. His pics were appreciated by all of us and he covered the wedding well. he was easy to work with and very accommodating. He has a very pleasant personality and made everyone feel comfortable. My wife and I are glad to have had him cover our wedding and the reception. Thanks Taufique!
