Found this comforter at a Hotel called Tryp in NY, loved it there and now I have my own, better at home than in the hotel.

I finally got relief from backache but now I got shoulder ache after a nights sleep. I like the pillow.

I placed the order on Monday afternoon and received confirmation of order receipt that evening. The next day I received shipping confirmation thru UPS. UPS stated shipment would arrive by COB Friday, but then changed arrival to Monday evening. The package arrived this afternoon so now we will have to see how we like the pillow.

First of all, I'm not at all satisfied but your survey didn't let me finish after my first click on my star. Then next screen to pop up said I was very satsified! What a joke! I have not received my shipment. You got your money but I still have not gotten my order. I am absolutely NOT SATISFIED. I ordered two pillows and 4 pillow cases. How long can that take? Come on. It was a Christmas gift and I still haven't rec'd it on 12/28/12.

I ordered 2 of these king size pillows based upon the reviews online. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the results. the pillows "look" nice but once you lay your head on them you immediately sink to to the mattress. there was no support whatsoever, It's as if it's just a cheap pillow that you get from the discount stores like Fred's or Family dollar. Absolutely would NOT recommend these pillows.. The shipping process was fine and occured no problems with delivery tho.. I was under the assumption based upon the description that there would be some type of Gel support, I actually cut one open to make it into a reg size and there is a thin layer of padding in between the "stuffing" and casing which was nothing but fiber fill in my opinion .. Really disappointed in them~sigh~

After My review I was contacted by Leighanne from SobelWestex.. In my opinion, she went beyond my expectations to satisfy me. I understand that if I am unsure of my selection that all I have to do is call customer service and they will help you make the proper seclection for your needs. I do plan on shopping again with sobelwestex because the disatisfaction is mainly my fault . Kudos to Leighanne for going beyond the "call of duty" to help me! What a breath of fresh air to receive such commitment to the customer!!! I AM HAPPY NOW!!!

This is my second order for the Sahara Nights pillows. They last for about a year. When they give up, it's notable! I bought the four pack of kings for each member of my family. We love them! I was disappointed that I got no acknowledgment of my order. No order confirmation or receipt. A few days after submitting my order, I chatted them asking if my order was received. A rep said it was. I asked for the receipt and only got my UPS tracking #. I still don't have a receipt, but got an order # w/my packing slip. That was an odd experience.

Shipped order within 24 hours, well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.

I love my pillows the only thing is I ordered last week and I want to track my order there is nowhere online email where I can hit track my order like I usually see on other orders it would be nice to have that. Im wanting my pillows asap.

First found out about the pillows on a cruise with Holland America three weeks ago. Came home and ordered them and used them for the first time last night. Love them.

We've been sleeping on the new pillows for several nights now and they are very comfortable. I chose to buy them because of the reviews here, never having slept on them in a hotel or a friend's home. So these reviews were very helpful and I thank everyone for them.

The towels were ordered on one day and delivered the next. Granted the warehouse was not far away, but still, it was unexpectedly swift. I was delighted

I had the pleasure of sleeping on my new Sobelwestex pillow last night. How wonderful to sleep on such a perfect pillow. It feels soft, however it doesn't go flat. It holds it's shape so well yet cuddles your head and neck in perfect alignment. I never woke up once during the night to re-adjust the Sobel pillow as I usually do with other pillows. Also,another thing I really like that the pillow doesn't get hot. It felt cool all night. I am ordering 3 more, one for my husband and 2 for the guest room. I must mention another importand thing and that is the price. I have paid triple for other pillows that I wasn't happy with such as Down pillows to memory foam,to latex, and you name it, And not one of them can measure up to the Sobel pillow. I have suffered many years from arm numbness due to a car accident when I sleep, and it has seemed to plaque me with any pillow I have tried. I have tried fiber, feathers, posturepedic, cheap to expensive without any relief from the toss and turn to wake up several times a night with my arms tingling and pain with pinched nerves in my neck. With the Sahara Nights pillows I have not had one night of numbness in my arms. In fact I have slept the entire night through each and every night on this pillow and I can't remember a time when that occurred last. I am so very grateful and rested.. .finally!!!

I am so ecstatic about these pillows to the point that I have told so many of my family and friends, that I feel like I am an infomercial. No matter if you are a tummy, side or back sleeper, these pillows will not fail at total comfort, I know, I have put them to all the sleep position tests before I would share my opinion. The construction, material, comfort, ordering and shipping were all above my expectations. Some thought I was crazy for ordering these since in my home I have so many types of pillows, but after seeing, feeling, along with my comfort reviews I know they will purchase and be as happy as I am.

I have many times heard the terms "heavenly" and "the best pillow ever" but have yet to find anything that was even close, until I received these Sahara Nights pillows and they are truly that. . . "heavenly" and "the best pillow ever" . . .Why? Because I am finally blessed with a great nights sleep, comfort, rest and all without interruption of numbness, pain and tingling.

The price point is beyond bargain, the feel and comfort is beyond heavenly! Finally I get the rest I have so long searched for and I know anyone purchasing the Sahara Nights will more than agree!!!

I received my pillows yesterday and slept on them last night. I rested well and I'm hoping each night will get better and better.

I ordered the Sobella gel fiber pillow at a cost of $21.99 which cost $31.07 with tax and shipping. So far the pillow is no more comfortable and supportive than a $4.95 pillow you could buy at Walmart. I am very disappointed. I've only used it for a week and if it doesn't get any better I will consider returning it for a refund hopefully. I read a lot a reviews before i ordered and most of them raved about how great this pillow was. I've wondered if the flat pillow I received was the wrong one.

This is the third set of pillows I have purchased, I love them and just need an excuse to purchase another pair for a present; also your customer service agents Leighanne (no longer with your company) andChris are so pleasant and helpful.

Slept on these pillows while vacationing at the Francis Marion in Charleston, SC, and loved them so much, I just had to have my own! Came home, got on the website, and voila, there were those same pillows! Ordered four with ease. Super fast shipment as well!

Too slow on shipping / processing order compared to Amazon, they also mention a "possible" 20% restocking charge if you return an item, but don't explain based on what!

7/16/12: Update - The customer service is FIRST RATE! 1st, they refunded the UPS shipping....UPS was the problem, too slow from Las Vegas to East Coast, NOT Sobelwestex, but they refunded it anyway & then I decided to return the pillow as it was too soft & I was told I could keep it & they would refund me for the whole order.... now that is customer service with an A+.....Thank You Sobelwestex
