This is the WORST COMPANY ON THE INTERNET.
Never recieved the item I ordered and much much worse they actually told me I was a LIAR when I notified them that I never recieved the product. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I did not receive order and in trying to communicate they gave me a tracking number that was not recognised by Australia Post. They then suggested item must have been stolen and that I would have to pay postage and they'd give me a 30% discount on another item. I will not be sending them more money and I have lodged a dispute with PayPal so hopefully I can refund my money. Would not recommend.

I ordered a photo watch for my granddaughter to give to her mother on Mother's Day. I am still waiting. Every email says it's been shipped but USPS says they never received the package. And every response to these reviews says email them to see what they can do. Can you give back the missed gift moment? I am still waiting for the Mother's day gift... I went through PayPal and I'm getting my money back...Gift Stealers/ Killers of joy

Terrible Terrible Terrible My 15 year old daughter bought a puzzle for me for mothers day on May 5, 2020. Her card was charged immediately, but the item was never shipped. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact their customer service department, we have only received some generic emails that we should just keep waiting for the item and eventually we should get it. This company ripped off a 15 year old during a pandemic!! Dont ever order from them!

DO NOT BUY!!! Appalling product with very poor quality. No level of customer service when you make contact with most communication ignored. No offer of replacement and when a refund is requested they don't respond. Items come out of China and delivery time frames are far beyond what they state even with express shipping paid for. Don't fall victim to their products and multiple business names ie photosocks.com and various other websites they operate. Will never buy from them again. Do your research and know what business names soufeel operate under as there are many. Once they take your payment it's a lost cause and not worth the headache. Shop elsewhere!!!

They do not listen to their customer at all. The cast blame on their sub par products on the clientele and act as if we will just accept such poor customer service. I ordered a wallet for my wife on mother's day that was meant to have a photo of our child on it. What I received looked terrible and nothing like our son. The customer service rep kept telling me, that she appreciated "my understanding" of the situation but she NEVER had it. She wrote me off completely. NEVER order from this company.

Ordered the "customize your own" photo gift for father's day and literally got the item delivered except every photo was completely pixelated and I had to put it together myself with no instructions and one piece of frayed string. So annoyed I spent money here. Wont even bother trying to get a refund because customer service is nonexistant.

Ordered a product in February for my boyfriend to give him for Valentine's Day... 75 days later and still no product. Emailed themMultiple times and they told me they are just so busy! After it finally was finished stated it would take 5-8 days for delivery... here I am 14 days later and still can't even track my order. Wouldn't never ever order for them again. Don't waste your time or money. Also can't add a picture of my order cause i still don't have the product.

I ordered a zippo lighter for my husbands Birthday 2 months before so it would get here in time. Here it is over 8 weeks later and I still have not got it and his Birthday has passed. They offered to give me 20% back but still charged me shipping and everything. Sent me an email almost 3 weeks ago saying it was shipped and would be here within 8 days. Still haven't got it. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again.

Bought a Mother's Day gift back in April with Expedited shipping with a promise to arrive for Mother's Day it is now June 15 and JUST arrived today. Comes in a small bag of just a photo that is significantly creased and folded because it was rolled up and stuck in a small bag. Not anything like what I ordered and I would say do not buy guys it ruined my wife's mood to see this was the gift she got. Was suppose to be an oil painting and got nothing advertised thanks for the waste of time and my money

Do not use Soufeel as they have taken my money and will not reply to any of my emails. I ordered a ring for Valentine's Day for my partner nearly a month ago and Soufeel won't reply to any emails after taking my money. Soufeel is a scam and I'm taking them to the police. Still waiting on picture puzzles 6-7 weeks later. Automated responses say it had already arrived. After email questioning, I just got an email today that said it had shipped 3 weeks after delivery confirmation. Call customer service it goes to voicemail. No call back. Ask a question via email, automated response. Online support you can talk to a computer. Same misinformation. Track order. Love to but it never shipped. Completely worthless customer service. Still waiting on product over 6 weeks later. Pitiful. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere

I ordered a gift for my wife on 4/24/2020. It was supposedly shipped on 4/30/2020. Their website says 5 to 8 days for shipping. Today is 6/9/2020 and I still have not received my order. Customer service is not very helpful and is blaming everything on the COVID-19. I have ordered many things since then and had no problems. STAY AWAY!!!!

This is in fact a fraudulent company. Ordered a $60 product on December 16th and it still hasn't arrived. Good luck finding a way to actually contact them, as it doesn't exist. Pretty disappointing since I should have had this before Christmas, but still nothing here. It's pretty shameful that people can take advantage of others like this. Do not waste your money on this place as they will just take your money and run. 0/5 stars.

It's been a month and a half since the order was placed. Over a month since the order supposedly shipped and the last tracking update which shows it hasn't left China. They said it's because of the corona virus that it is delayed and that was fine for a while, but I have ordered items from China after this order and have received them. I believe it is just a convenient excuse at this point. I asked at what point they will consider it lost and issue a refund. Customer service stopped responding.

I ordered a Mother's day gift on April 29th. I expected it to be late,. As of June 6, no gift. I reached out quite a few times, 1st time they said they had no record of my order but they had my money. I sent a screen shot of the oder number. Reached out again, again and again All I get is basically it's coming. Now i am requesting my money back and still have not received. I will be on every social media site informing them about this scam!!!!!

The wallet was cute however the picture Turned out horrid. I was informed that it would take 3 to 5 days to handcraft the Wallet yet it actually took 9 to 11 business days. Then on top of that I was told 5 to 8 business day and part of the 3-5 for handcrafting days was for it to be quality inspected prepared and packaged, but clearly by looking at the Wallet it was not quality inspected.

Placed an order for Mother's Day and after opening a dispute with Paypal, finally received on July 2nd. When we received the order the products were very low quality and not worth the money spent or the hassle. The customer service is very poor and the company only makes excuses and does not attempt to resolve. Avoid this seller and go with other vendors such as Personalized Creations.
