My first experience was generally a positive one. The order was received on Apr. 29 in good order. The web description of the unit indicated that a lid was to be included and it wasn't. I phoned into customer service and it was explained that it was an advertising oversight which I accepted and went on to purchase the lazy susan alternative which I am awaiting to ship. In all, I am very pleased with the unit and the assembly was relatively easy. It looks great I'll recommend Starfire D. to anyone who is in the market for your product line.

I was told by the person taking my order for the burner that this item was guaranteed for life but all the paperwork indicates it only 5 years.. Any way to validate that the guarantee is indeed for life?? Thanks

I wanted black lava rock, 1" for my yard. Just to fill in spots. Price I didn't think was bad for a 50lb bag. I got the bag, put it in the backyard, and dumped it out. It's not 1" it's 2" plus I really should have ordered 1/2". I called customer service and was given no options how to resolve this issue. Thought I received the wrong bag. I was told to put this new rock underneath the old rock so it doesn't show. No can do. I'm not happy with this purchase and I won't be buying anything else from them or recommending them to anyone. Sorry to be the only down in the group.

Hello Case #3776 I would love to know if this could be resolved expeditiously, I was looking forward to having my fire pit available for a memorial repass by January 30. I had my plumber here to install the fire pit and discovered the missing items please please help me in either shipping the parts that’s needed or maybe I can purchase and get reimbursed for buying them at a local distributor in LA if you know a company that we can purchase it

I haven't received my fire pit yet, however throughout the purchase process, in every way, Starfire has been AWESOME! I highly recommend Starfire to everyone. This company rolls out the red carpet and treats their customers with extreme care. I feel pampered and am happy customer for life thanks to Starfire. Buy ALL your patio and backyard items from Starfire. You won't regret it.

ordered a replacement burner, stainless steel, paid for my order, and did not order anything else (didnt NEED anything else for the moment),, the next day got phone calls and emails from the company, and talked to their rep. He wanted to sell me glass for the fireplace,, I didnt want any, and that same day MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED (??) and.. there was no email, or notification.. what gives?? you would NOT call this customer service.

The customer service help was awesome and he was very helpful BUT....I submitted the order on a monday and I was promised that it would ship on tuesday for a friday delivery. I had an installer scheduled for install on saturday for my wifes birthday. Instead it did not ship until wednesday. Which means that it was not due to arrive until monday. Had to reschedule my installer and find a new birthday present for the wife. : (

We just put our new fire pit burner kit into our patio and so far it is amazing! Starfire had wonderful customer service, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on their products. They were able to explain it to me so I would understand exactly what we needed to purchase. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family!!

I had some questions about the construction of your fire rings and found plenty of info on the site, but with a few unanswered questions I decided to call. The employee I spoke with was very knowledgable and helpful. They also went through a lot of trouble to check the stock on some fire stones I was interested in. The fire ring I ordered arrived and it's a heavy, quality piece. I'm excited to use it.

I ordered lava rocks that were supposed to be between four and 6 inches in size these things are almost equivalent to a bag you would buy at Home Depot to go ln a grill very disappointing somebody’s tape measure is broke.

I received exactly what I ordered and expected within days. I realized I needed more fire rock. I called and Tricia looked at the order, got the dimensions of my fireplace and told me exactly how much I needed and was sure to order the same color. Excellent service!

I was told the 20” gas burner ring was “in stock” when I ordered via phone call. To be shipped from the manufacturer in Ohio, FedEx ground. Unit was not shipped until 9 days later. “Covid”, “they were closed on Fridays”, “they quote 3-5 business days to ship, so since you ordered on Saturday, Monday was the first business day, and the 5th day was the Monday following the next weekend”... Add 5-7 business days to ship across country, it will be 3 weeks to delivery. Oh yeah, and I still don’t have a tracking number. I sincerely expect the quality of the burner be as advertised. Service is not.

I actually don't use the glass from this company for a fireplace. I use it for art. ???? Having said that, the service at Starfire is amazing and fast. The prices can't be beat and they have tons of colors, which is great for me. If I ever have need for glass in an actual fireplace place or fire pit I will definitely use Starfire glass.
