I used a credit card with a different billing address than my shipping address, so they charged the card and withheld shipment for fraud prevention when I selected overnight shipment. I received no notification of this and had to dig an answer from their customer service team, if that is what you call it. All in all, I got my replacement parts 8 business days later. Will never order from them again.

Ordered $75 screen replace kit and never got my package, called Thomas at strivemobile and didn't care just kept my money. I called my bank and filed fraud claim against them. They are running a scam on people and need to be shut down. I'm filing complaint with BBB and more.

I ordered a repair kit 3 days ago. I havent received any shipping info yet. The site clearly states shipped same day on orders placed before 7pm. Even paid for expedited shipping. The only contact I've received from these people is a response to an email asking what was going on and they informed me that the billing team has released it for shipping, and that was over 48hrs after i placed it. That's some b.s.

We'll see if everything comes out ok, then I'll rate higher. Received screen in 4 days, upon opening noticed box had been opened before, finger prints and grease on screen shield. After installing screen everything worked except the ear speaker. Took apart again to inspect. Speaker isn't seated flush. This was a pre assembled unit, so it should have worked. Not happy. Won't recommend.

Your checkout process tends to have an error after entering the shipping and billing info. It may be related to using the browser's auto-fill for the form. But when continuing to next step, it says "Page not found", and empties the customer's cart. This is extremely frustrating and makes it hard to have a good shopping experience. Today I had to enter my info at least 10 times. This has encouraged me to explore other suppliers.

Clear, clean website, it is not a fancy fair. I miss my destination Curaçao, but I use an intermediate forwarding service of local post services as a workaround. What I do not like at all is that I can check out with my credit card, the amount is deducted from my credit card account and then days after the order I receive an email that the credit card cannot be accepted and I have to pay with PayPal. I lost a few dollars in the currency conversion with the crediting of my credit card account. As the transaction was already accepted by the credit card company, this raises the suspicion that someone is playing games here for some reason. It also caused quite some shipping delay. Also, after having placed the order and payment was confirmed, I did not automatically receive an email with an invoice. If there is a response in the website chat feature, then the answer turned out to be useless, i.e. contact by email.

Overall Great, The only issue i had was with the apple pentalobe driver, it stripped immediately. Fortunately i was able to remove and replace the screws with a kitchen knife. I would recommend this site for replacement screens, but not for the toolset.

I felt that the delivery took a little longer than usual to arrive, but I got it just a day later than I was expecting, so I wasn't disappointed. Also, I always receive my packages perfectly packaged and well protected.

Sent wrong part and gave me RMA for return. When they received the return, they failed to issue a refund because i did not send back within 10 days. Unsure how that entitles them to keep my money and the wrong part that I paid to send back. I would give negative stars if possible.

I bought two screens from this subpar 'company', and both were defective. They did not return any of my three phone calls, but I called a fourth time and told them that I would file a lawsuit to get my money back if they did not return my phone call within 48 hours. Magically, they answered almost immediately. They gave me some cliche line about their phone systems being down, even though they somehow received my voicemail about the lawsuit.... Get the picture? Even though they got my lawsuit message, they refused to give me my money back, or even replace them. Unless you want to have to file a lawsuit against this company because they won't return your money, I suggest that you buy from ANYWHERE but these scumbags.

Excellent experience! Successfully replaced the charging port in my daughter's iPad for about $25 including tools! Without this fix, we would have needed to buy a new iPad for at least 10x as much expense

Screen came not working, payed returned for replacement and was told flex cable has physical damage and claimed I did it. It took me 9 days to get in contact with someone, I realize that if I choose sales, someone pickup but no one picks up for customer support. I followed the instructions, test before installing. Anyway I ended up paying to have them send the damage product back to me. When received, the flex cable was pulled out from the screen which they claimed I did. Also, keep in mind that there is 2 departments, repair and sales. Repair section ripped the cable and send it to the sales department and told them they got it back like that. Total rip off! Wasted $80 on iPhone 5s screen. I replaced 4 phones before using other websites. StriveMobile is a rip off! You have been warned!

Inexpensive parts and quick shipping. Love it! Quality screen and shipment was on point. Been few months now that I replaced my cracked lg screen. The new screen I ordered from Strive Mobile works flawlessly.

I was sold a defective screen. When I sent it back for refund they refused saying that it was installed by me (true: it was how I found out it was defective), a screw was missing (that was how I received it) and the protective screen had been removed and replaced (it was necessary to see if that is what was preventing the touch screen from working). The company did not deny that the screen was defective and instead relied on b.s. technicalities to refuse to refund.

Apple care gets you up to 2 replacements on their phones for one time fee of 100$. Strive mobile is a $#*!ing rip off do not buy it! Don't pay for it! Hire someone to fix your phone you could get that done for 100$ do not buy their products. They have a 20% restock fee if you try and return things and and tool kits are non refundable. You will be ripped off!!!!!!

I ordered the iPhone 3GS LCD Screen Replacement part for my phone. Not only was it reasonably priced, but it came with a free safe open pry tool. Between the instructions on the website and the step by step video, replacing the LCD screen was a snap! Fast shipping too.
