I was struggling to find a short-term rent in London, but then Roberta called me and made it a lot easier. She was very kind and proposed multiple options and answered all my questions. I fully recommend their services.

Student stay was great at following up every concern of mine, they managed to book a viewing for me within in minutes and produced an offer for me straight away - May come off as a bit too pushy if you’re just browsing but they are useful when getting things done.

I had some issues and delays with getting replies off the building manager however within a few minutes of sending an email regarding this I received a phone call. The caller was called Juan and was apologetic about the delay and was overall a gave a very nice and supportive call telling me that they were taking action on the issues.

I had a lady named Roberta and she was absolutely amazing, she helped me so much and made sure all my needs were met. I would highly recommend her I had no problems whatsoever

I did originally go for a bigger room, I got told I had received an offer, I also had an email through saying I had an offer however when I went to fulfil the rest of the application and pay the deposit the offer was no where to be seen, I emailed and called up roughly 6-7 times and kept getting told it would be sorted, to which it was never sorted, I called up an 8th time to which I was informed the room I should of had an offer for the larger room the last one had been taken, I was very very annoyed at this, i was more annoyed at the fact of how many times I had to call for it to be sorted, get told it would be and then it never did, however the person I spoke to last told me there was a smaller room I could go for which I did end up going for, I was really pleased from then because she told me all the details, explained everything and there was no messing about.

I liked Roberta and how she kept in contact with me. She took me through the steps in the process.

I had an amazing customer service thanks to Juan, the value and help he provided me was awesome, he helped me with every step, in the nicest way possible! thank you Juan!
