I’ve been admiring Stutterheim raincoats for a couple years, but kept convincing myself I didn’t need to buy one. But the most recent sale convinced me to order one and I regret not buying it earlier. I don’t need another color, but it’s going to be really hard to restrict myself to one of these beauties after such a pleasant customer experience.

The item was shipped to Italy two days after I had ordered it, and it arrived the day after! Super fast.
I really appreciated the possibility to measure a coat of mine in order to choose the right size.

I love your product, but I inadvertently ordered two raincoats instead of one as with my first order, I did not get directed to the "order confirmation" webpage but to the newsletter page. As I also didn't receive a confirmation e-mail in the following minutes, I assumed I had clicked on the wrong button the first time around and so completed the whole order process again. With the result that I now have to send one raincoat back. It would be helpful if your system were able to avoid such double orders or at least had a feature to flag double identical orders. Unfortunately I did not notice the error until it was too late. All the best!

Your service is superb as are your stylish raincoats.I now own both the lightweight and heavier version.I live in Dublin and every time I wear them they are much admired ..They are perfect for the Irish climate .

I would maybe change your shipping packaging, switching from plastic to a more sustainable choice.

they were not knowledgable about the need to enclose 3 copies of a special invoice required by US customs in order to ship back items to Sweden. My box got caught in customs and was ultimately returned to me. I then needed to start the process all over again. if Stutterheim is going to sell to US customers and offer free return shipping, then they need to explain what is necessary to actually send back a return.

I didn't have much experience w/ customer service, but liked that for a European company they offer free INTL shipping. My order was processed in timeframe advertised, even during sales (and COVID) and arrived within shipping timeframe w/ UPS. They also offer free INTL returns

Have had no luck in resolving an order from May 10 .
Website showed availability in color and size- I receive no notification at all- finally I contact them...no U S customers service phone #...
Got an oh...our site wasn’t correct. I choose another raincoat and they send the wrong size. Stefan simply changed my Small to a Medium and finally shipped. Now I will have to refuse the package. Still trying to get a Small. 6 contacts later still do not know if this will resolve. I will say one thing - they were quick to take my money...hate to have to dispute this with my card company

I received my raincoat yesterday. Tried it on and really love it. The fit is great and very flattering. Shipping was prompt and my whole experience was excellent. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a quality coat to consider Stutterheim.

Within only one week, from Sweden to the US, I received my coat. Love everything about it. This is my second coat from Stutterheim and the third in our household (my husband has the 3 in 1 winter coat). Quality and design are top ... now all I need is RAIN!

I placed my order on the 16th. It just shipped today, the 25th. For the cost of your product I would assume better delivery service. Considering that the product is being shipped domestically, the better part of half a month is too long for delivery.

I ordered a raincoat more than a month ago and I've never received it. I told Stutterheim that the package did not arrive, despite their tracking information stating it had been delivered and signed for. They told me they started an investigation, and then re-sent the coat to me but to the wrong address so it was returned to them. I've still not received the coat, but they have my money! They stopped communicating with me when I started to get angry about how poor their customer service is. The coat should be insured by the shipper until I receive it... still waiting. Save your money and your time by not ordering directly from Stutterheim! UGH!

注文から着荷まで8日ほどかかりましたが、関税が1000円と安く済んだ点も高評価にしました。

I live in Canada and I received my order within 5 business days! The Chelsea rain boots were more comfortable than I would have imagined rubber boots to be! I used to have a pair of Hunter Rain boots but they were uncomfortable to wear and difficult to put on so I donated them. I’m glad I bought these Stutterheim boots at their sale price. I am a size 9 US (42 UK) and they fit true to size.
