I have used SunDial Micro, Inc last year and purchase a gift for my wife. Arrived really fast for being on the east coast and sundial being in west coast. Shipping was very fast. I placed an order for a Lian Li tower case with Sun Dial very late Friday night Feb. 20th. They processed the order on Monday the 22nd, UPS delivered it on the 26th. Nice case, great price, fast delivery, no problems! Ya can't ask for more!

I ordered a Silverstone LC14M case from SundialMicro on May 9th and received it on May 11th. I mistakenly thought there was a missing part in the package and wrote their customer service an e-mail. I got an immediate response (5 minutes) at which point they told me they would contact the manufacturer and get back to me by end of day. I received a phone call at the end of day from a Silverstone tech and also follow up by the Sundial Micro support team. Their support and follow through was excellent. I highly recomment this company and would gladly purchase from them again.

I ordered a Lian Li (PC-C50-B) All Aluminum Multi-Media Desktop / HTPC Case on 1/2/12, probably in the evening. They had the best price by far for this product. The very next day they emailed me that they couldn't sell it at that price. I didn't see the email, but within 1/2 hour they wrote me back ans apologized and said the they of course would honor that price and ship the package that day. They even called me and left a VM to that effect. WOW, I am impressed by that level of concern for customer service. Of course I'm happy that they sold me the product at the advertised price, but more importantly, they really worked fast to correct a mistake that they made. The product arrived in good condition and very fast. I would not hesitate to do business with Sundial Micro in the future. They have INTEGRITY and that makes me have TRUST.Thank you very much

ordered the Cooler Master HAF 932 AMD Edition and it shipped out same day. sundial's website even indicated my tracking number with link to UPS!! i originally sent an email with a question and recieved a response the next day! package arrived 4 days later and it was everything i expected!!! Ordered on Thursday, arrived on Tuesday. Reasonable. Package arrived well boxed and in perfect condition.
Only (minor) quibble is that after the initial order confirmation, no shipping email was sent (at least, I never received one). After a several days, I went to the site and logged in to find out that it had been shipped.

I would also like to comment on the feedback here on ResellerRatings. Please excuse a little rant:

Before ordering, I scanned the feedback; especially the negative feedback. And I am impressed by not only the positive reviews, but by Sundial Micro's handling of the negative ones. All to often, I see merchant responses to negative reviews that are petty and mean-spirited. Which leads me to infer that if I ordered from that merchant and happened to have a problem, I would likely be treated poorly. Sundial Micro has, for the most part, responded to negative reviews with professionalism and respect.

Kudos to the staff of Sundial Micro - it's not always easy to deal with dissatisfied customers; and do so without being negative and petty. Many merchants would do well to learn this lesson.
