Avoid this store like the plague!! they are unreliable, and undependable. I ordered the same item twice, and it was "stolen" on the way; however, the item never made it to any of the carriers - the odds are not good for that to happen. Shop elsewhere!!

Ordered swimsuit with express delivery, they sent me a pair of mens trousers. Impossible to contact this company by phone so emailed and they have refused to refund me until I return the trousers. I am on holiday, this has caused such an inconvenience. Customer Service is appalling, any other company would have apologised and refunded immediately.

No customer support available at anytime. Very dissatisfied with my purchase, I can't even return it, even if Surfdome was actually promising I could. Do not purchase at surfdome for any reason, this is an absolute scam.

Do not order clothes from Surfdome. It is shocking that they do not offer free shipping for returns - most everyone online retailer does. It would cost me more to return the item via USPS than the item cost. Bad profits.

Received a wrong size, ordered the right size. No contact with Surfdome possible, not by Phone or email.. so stuck with a pair of sneakers 2 sizes smaller.. return goods for costumer expense.. I think I’ll take my loss and never ever buy at Surfdome.com again!

I ordered a backpack by osprey and paid via paypal. The confirmation email mentioned that I would be notified when they shipped the product (I live in Germany). When the estimated delivery day arrived and I hadn't received any email I became alerted by that. I started researching reviews and came across lots of alarming stuff, which started to freak me out a little. That evening I wrote to the customer support asking about the tracking and the shipping status and in a later email I decided to cancel my order. The next morning I received to answers.They told be that they shipped it and provided a tracking number and told be that therefore the order could not be cancelled. The shipping arrived that same day and contain exactly what I ordered. That was a great relieve, because after reading several alarming review, I have not expected that to happen. I cannot tell you much about Surfdome, I was a first time costumer. But luckily for me, I received my order just as described. The customer service responded the next morning with was great and I received my order just one day late. What did not work was that I have never received a shipping email. I am writing this review just to share with you, that if you ordered at surfdome and are reading all those things here, there is a change that all will go well. Good luck!

Their exchange policy is ridiculous! Bought a pair of Birkenstock’s that were too big and wanted to exchange them for a smaller size & they don’t do exchanges. $15 to get the shoes to me and $21 to return them. Went to Nordstrom’s instead and had wonderful customer service and better exchange policy.

I made an Order for womens classic short Ugg boots at a great price for 123.99. Recieved confirmation email. After the order i did some research and came across really bad reviews in regards to items not turning up no contact with agents, and even a possibility of fakes being sold. So i waited, sent an email just asking for order reference for tracking, in all fairness it didnt state what courier, so i did start to panic, i emailed surfdome again to be told it wouldn't update until the night. Ok, i waited. then i got the dispatch email, then i got the its on its way to you email, i was worried as there was no tracking reference still? So i worried again due to bad reviews, next day came i went onto surfdome tracking to find it had been updated stating royal mail would be delivering and my tracking reference was there, Item arrived litreally 10 minutes later after i checked. It came via royal mail 24hr tracked service . Item was 100% authentic, even checked with ugg counterfeit. This is a legit site dont let the bad reviews put you off! Great brands at great prices!! Will definitely be using again. 5*

I ordered 3 items on the 28th of November 2018. It was supposed to be next day delivery. They were very quick to take the money from my account. 2 items arrived 3 weeks late. The 3rd Item has not arrive. I have phoned and emailed countless times. I have heard nothing. Nobody picks up the phone. I leave messages, but they do not reply. I will never use this company again. I appreciate that delays can occur, but to ignore calls and emails is completely unacceptable. They have my money!

I ordered a bikini for my 12 yr old daughter, measured her to ensure correct fit. It was so small it would fit a doll. Sizing all wrong. Have to pay for return. Ordered a wetsuit for myself size 14- received a size 12 instead. No response to emails. It will cost me a bomb to send it back. Absolute joke. Bad business. Beware.

*****WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE****** I have ordered a few times from here before and for Christmas my mother purchased two pairs of vans for me and my partner . I also had a third pair from Vans official ( whom I shall stick with in future) I accidentally got the returns label mixed up and sent the Authentic Vans back to SurfDome and they was SIGNED for from a staff member, and on realising the mistake I contacted SurfDome to ask how I could get them back after a simple mis-understanding. I received a blunt response to say sorry they they wouldn’t be in a position to look for them and let me now how I can collect them from them. So basically they are refusing to return my footware (at my expense of course) that never even came from them!! Out right Disgrace!! They do not value there customers and try and help with a simple mis-Hap. Shame on your Surf - crooks!

I purchased my first pair of havaianas flip flops & my son a pair of superdry sliders, think they could be copies, the flip flops thongs were not as they should be and were too big, my sons sliders didn't last that long either, unfortunately I was unable to contact them at the time so ive left it too late to sort it out, due to a grandparent been extremely ill at the time, on reading the reviews on here it doesn't seem like they would have don't anything anyway, I'm so glad they were a reasonable price & wasn't expensive, I was typing out an email to them, but thought I'd check the reviews to see if they could advise on the thong problem but seems pointless now if they don't even get back to people who do it in the 14 day period, I certainly wont be recommending them to anybody that's for sure.
