From start to final collection of our new caravan, all of the staff could not have been more helpful, we purchased our first caravan from them 25years ago and would certainly recommend anyone to pay them a visit.

We had an amazing customer experience and service from Sussex Caravans in Ashington. They are a family business that care about every one of their customers. Each member of staff are so friendly and welcoming, whether they are dealing with you in person, or not.

From my first enquiry to taking possession of my new caravan everyone at Sussex Caravans were extremely helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I doubt you could get better service than I received.

This is our first caravan from Sussex caravans and their customer service is second to none. They have a group of very friendly staff who are all very happy to help. Most of them know be by name now. Our caravan was purchased from new. We had one or two snagging issues which needed sorting which Sussex caravans did straight away within one day of having the van. So far I am extremely satisfied with Sussex Caravans and I would definitely recommend them. I went to them from a positive recommendation from a friend who was spot on!

Just purchased our second motorhome from Sussex. Excellent friendly service.
Very good after sales. Always ready to sort out any teething troubles and offer advice for novices.
These are real enthusiasts who seem to relish true customer satisfaction.

The service we received was very good ,we were only buying a 10 year year old caravan but were treated like we were buying a brand new van and the time taken to explain everything to us the day we picked it up was excellent and very friendly service I can not praise them enough.The only problem I had was half way home from collecting it the 13pin plug decided to split in half which meant no lights on caravan but I can't fault sussex caravans as I never told them it was simpler to carry on home and fit a new plug myself. I can't praise the service we received highly enough and would have no quarks about recommending them

We bought our first caravan from you back in 2011 and always said that we would never use another dealership. The whole process and experience from start to finish is professional and made very easy due to all the staff's friendly approach and extensive knowledge of the various models etc.
On collection day Chris was brilliant. Neither of us has a "smart phone" and are not really " computer wizards" Chris was so patient in explaining everything to us with particular reference to the "control panel" and nothing was too much trouble for him. We would like to send special thanks to Chris, Andy, Rebecca and not forgetting Verity and Phil in the accessory shop who also gave us the benefit of their knowledge with the various safety locks etc that we wanted to purchase. We would not hesitate to buy again from you(age permitting!) nor would hesitate in recommending anyone else who is looking to buy.

A very good experience , from the 2 hour handover , everything covered and demonstrated and all questions answered , the shop staff very helpful ,infact it made you feel like you were part of one big family..

Having purchased our first ever caravan in September last year, we then went to the camping and caravan show, we left there knowing exactly what we wanted and despite the offers at the show, there was only place we would be buying our new from, Sussex Caravans. Having had superb service the first time they did not disappoint this time either. Nothings too much. So friendly and helpful. No pushey sales. Netti was so helpful again but the whole team including Chris with the handover.

Have had three caravans now through Sussex caravans,. Always the best service and nothing is too much bother for them the time spent going over your new caravan is amazing. They give you a full two hours to go over everything in your new caravan so you are completely happy would certainly be using them in future
