Quick and fast delivery expected them Friday the 28th arrived Saturday the 22nd the person I brought them for loved the colour and design reccomend highly will use again

Ordered, 2 pairs of custom fight shorts, LGND T with custom back print, socks and full training suits, tracksuit bottoms and the quality is brilliant, sizing is great they fit so well I have never had an issue with any of the products and they wished me luck for my first fight on insta! My experiences with them have been spot on every single time. Thank you!

Hi a bit disappointed being a new customer there was an offer on there website which was put up incorrectly priced, when I tryed to order it, it was taken down I was offered 10 % discount ut I was already getting that being a new customer so was offered noithing, I did place an order, but would of liked more stuff but out of principle I only placed small order due to bad customer service so there loss!!!

Superb customer service, after a fault in the Royal mail system, Rebecca was brilliant and made sure that my delivery was actually due to be delivered the day after and not lost in the post.

As your own company, you should really get labels / hanging tags on your merchandise; first of all, to show that it’s new (if the customer was buying for a gift for someone else) and secondly, to promote yourselves. My item, which was a hat, was very nice and good quality but unfortunately, it was very bare, the way it was packaged. It just didn’t look new? No labels or tags attached to the hat? It just looked very odd. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy anything off you as a gift for someone else as it doesn’t look quite the part. You should REALLY consider this. Over all nice hat but poorly packaged and flimsy looking.

Normally I would happily put 5 star, because amazing service but this time I ordered my shorts on the 22nd as I was fighting on the 30th and they didn’t turn up until 2 days after my fight :( so wasted money

My first time ordering from Suzi Wong's and I was very impressed in the quality and turn around time. The text embroidering were better than I expected - very neat and professional. The company was very prompt with communications and the trunks arrived ahead of schedule.

I received my new custom boxing trunks from Suzie Wong yesterday. I was extremely excited about seeing them. But I was immediately and staggeringly disappointed at the colors of my shorts. I had chosen black trunks with a gold waistband and gold stripes down the sides. The color of gold they provided was more like a beigey-pink. No sparkle. Nothing gold about it. I figured there must have been some mistake. So I wrote to them and thats when their lack of professionalism really kicked in. At first I was told by them that the color matches what's on the site. So I sent them pictures of the their shorts with their 'gold' beside it to show them just how far off the color was. Then they told me that my screen must be off in it's resolution or color. I'm a video editor, my color is perfect. Then they told me that if I'd wanted a special color of gold that I should've stated so. The color they show on their site is a typical gold. The color they sent me is a ridiculous variation on gold. What boxer wants to wear pink into the ring, when he wanted gold. Regardless, their customer service and appreciation has been abysmal. They've deflected blame or corrective actions at every turn. BE SURE TO READ THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. They state that they are not responsible in any way for any product being wrong or not like what is represented on the site in any capacity for any reason. Basically, you could order boxing shorts and they could send you a t-shirt and their policies in terms and conditions would leave them blameless, and you out in the cold with your t-shirt. These people are the worst. I cannot over-state how insulted, disappointed and frustrated I am. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them in any way.
