Ordered some side tables in January 2019 and provided a delivery date of "April". Now been told, delivery is due in May! Not worth waiting 4 months - sofas can be ordered and delivered sooner than these tables! Not impressed at all with the time delay, and reasons "delay to shipment". At least update your customers!

i bought this cabinet over a year ago came faulty shelves fittings didn't fit handle's brass coating was peeling off Still not resolved I need to use the cabinet and I had to hire a carpenter to fit the shelves which cost £70.00 He tried fitting the replacement handles sent, but they don't fit Asked Swoon to send me a new cabinet instead, since it's back in stock and it's been 1 year 2 months and I have been incredibly patient... and I asked to keep the 2 shelves of the faulty cabinet I have here in order to try and compensate for this ridiculously appalling service; making me wait to use this expensive product for an absurd amount of time; delivering faulty items; being dodgy and friendly winding me up in order to not compensate me; and finally not wanting to compensate me for having to pay £70.00 for a carpenter to come here to fix a faulty product that Swoon cheekly delivered to me and have been fulling me into waiting for it to be fixed for more than a year and still nothing! after all of that Swoon refuses to compensate me in any shape or form, much less letting me keep the 2 extra shelves that his cabinet desperately needs as 2 of the compartments become just a waste of space without shelves. They refuse to do that and had the nerve to not offer me any other kind of compensation for all the stress, wait, patience and money spent. I'm gonna start copying and pasting this text in every single social media channel and review websites I can possibly find telling my story and showing people that Swoon editions is nothing but another scamming online furniture company that will gently screw you out of your money and mental health with all this stress for more than year I hope I can get everyone to hate Swoon like I do

We ordered a side board 7 months ago in November 2017. We ordered the furniture on the basis it would be delivered February 2018 as advertised. The first time the furniture was delivered it was delayed by a month and when it finally arrived it was smashed and had to be returned. The customer service team offered us a replacement but said it couldn’t be delivered until June. We agreed as we had ordered a matching piece of furniture and didn’t want to have to return both items. It’s now June and we have been contacted stating the delivery is delayed until end of July. This is unacceptable. We cannot wait 8 months for a sideboard while swoon benefits from having our money. We have contacted the quality team twice in the last 4 days and got no response. Appalling service

Ordered a table (order number 100277528) have already failed to deliver 3 times without prior notice. Stuck in the house 3 days, had to take days off from work and they didn’t deliver. They have taken the money though. awful company

Order placed on 11th April. Money taken out of my account straight away for a rug with an estimated delivery date of June. Order has been in the I’m for over 3 weeks. Each time I contact customer service I’m just fobbed off with lies and basically a shrug of the shoulders. Just checked the status once again and it’s now changed to back in production. No word from swoon on this. Reading all the other bad reviews and their lack of concern for everyone’s issues I’ve decided to cancel the order. Expecting a hassle getting my money back of course. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They talk a great game regarding their products online but it really isn’t worth the pain.

the products are very good when ordering you anticipate a long wait up to 3 or 4 months the problem is that on 3 occasions Swoon deliver much later my November order hasn't been delivered and it January this has happened with past orders and also in once case a late item finally arrived and it was the wrong item so good products very poor delivery , if you don't mind waiting along time to get what you want

I ordered the Mickey Desk/Console table from Swoon Editions back in July 2018...I was told it’d take about 2 months. 4 months later..in October 2018 and I finally received this item but much to my disappointment the wooden drawer was completely broken. The packaging was appalling (it shipped form India), and some of the desk was not properly protected - hence the broken drawer. Also, there were no instructions on how to assemble the desk (except for a few letters on the legs). This was absolutely unacceptable so I contacted Customer Service who arranged for it to be collected and promised me that I’d get a replacement in 2 weeks time. Much to my disappoint...I was still waiting for this desk at the end of December 2018!!! The desk was held by immigration as the wood they used was not sustainable and customs couldn’t release it! Not only do Swoon Editions make faulty poor quality furniture, they also use illegal wood in some of their pieces. Needless to say, I cancelled my order...I will never use this company again...not only did they waste 6 months of my time, but failed to compensate me properly for my inconvenience. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I don't normally right reviews but this has been an infuriating process and my order being cancelled without me knowing!!! We got an email confirmation for our order and then when I chased 3 weeks later for an update I was told their was an issue with our payment and the order was cancelled!! How can a company think it is acceptable to confirm an order with a customer, for them to have payment issues but choose not to advise the customer of this at the time? We have recently had an extension on the house and have ordered quite a few new things from different companies and have not had any issues with paying with the same card and we have definitely not encountered such bad customer service from anyone else. I would never use again and I'd highly recommend you don't waste your time either, as reading the reviews this happens frequently!

This sounds like groundhog day, I have been waiting for a TV unit for over 4 months, only to be told last week it's in the warehouse waiting for the courier to arrange delivery. I was assured it would take place this week, but I have not heard from either Swoon or the elusive courrier. Swoon are probably the worst company I have come across in recent times for customer service, and suspect the company has liquidity issues and may go bust at any time. I planning to request for a full refund before the conpany goes into adminstration.

Ordered 3 items beginning of June 2018.After 1.5 months wait, the first order deliveredwas badly damaged hence I have raised a collection for the damaged item and cancelled the remaining two. After few weeks wait, they had to collect the item yesterday but advised me that due to issues they will collect it this morning (its a massive box sitting in my lounge). I had a call this morning from the driver who advised me he is looking to deliver one of the items that I had cancelled previously :) I called Swoon today to understand what is going on. In summary, they had no clue why this is happening and not sure when the item will be collected. To add to an insult, they can't issue a refund of £700 until they collect the item but can't confirm when they will be able to collect. Thanks Swoon for an "amazing" customer service. After re-arranging for August the 4th on Saturday, I have received a text from Arrow XL stating my item will be collected on Friday the 3rd. I had to call Swoon again and the manager confirmed it will definitelly be collected on Saturday the 4th. This morning, I received a text from Arrow XL stating the item will be collected on Monday the 6th :) I called Swoon again, and the customer service says that the system is showing the item has already been collected :) I mean is this company a joke or what? Been waiting for the manager to call me back for an hour now...

Contacted Swoon twice to advise that after staying in all day my item wasn't delivered but no one has had the courtesy to contact me back. Customer Service is crucial for a company and have found Swoon to lack in the area - all I required was a courtesy response as I had contacted the couriers myself to arrange the delivery (yet couldn't advise why the item was not put out for delivery in the first place). Therefore after already waiting many weeks for the item I had to wait another week for it to be delivered. On a positive note though, the TV stand is fantastic and the delivery company were very good, brought the product in, unpacked it and took the boxing away, so A* for Arrow Couriers, sadly cant be sad the same for Swoon Customer Service

I wish I had the option for no stars, this is he most dishonest and terrible company I have ever had to deal with. 5 months on no sofa, no one returns calls. I would avoid this company at all costs, it has ruined moving into our new home. I am pretty sure they are taking money with the view to going bankrupt. Do not wait for your order get a refund now

Items arrived damaged on 4 separate occasions, so cancelled a separate order with a lead time of four months and still waiting for my refund after asking several times. Run away as a PP said. Terrible terrible company and poor quality and customer service.

Ordered an Athena coffee table in Jan due for del by end of April. After hearing nothing at end of April I contacted Swoon. I’ve now sent many emails and called and all I get is they will contact me ASAP to let me know what’s happening with my order. Worst customer service ever. I wish I’d never ordered with Swoon. I’ve read loads of the same complaint. Obviously Swoon don’t care. Wouldn’t ever deal with Swoon again. Debbie Williamson (CEO) obviously isn’t interested she’s impossible to contact.

The worst customer service I experienced in my life I been trying to speak to them for the last 4 days. They been paid for a chest of drawers since February and we been told by one of their pathetic emails that it will be delivered some time in June the most unhelpful unprofessional company. Sadly we decorated the room with the colour of the chest we ordered otherwise I would have cancelled the order no wait I will put up with a company like SWOON TOTAL NIGHTMARE

Spent £1200 on a Luna three seater sofa, it was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago. I have spoken to virtually the entire customer service team (mathew, jade, rebecca, amber...) someone in the London office (stephen) and a customer service manager (Jamie), everyone says they'll phone me back but I never receive a call. I've waited at home on 3 separate days (missing a days pay each time) for it, every time it doesnt show up and no one can tell me where it is, why it didn't come or when I will actually receive. The level of customer service is POLITE but USELESS. No one will actually help you, including the delivery company ArrowXL who will also fob it off and not explain what is happening. To rub salt in the wound they turned up one day to COLLECT a sofa from me. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with buying a product. I still have no sofa, still have no calls back, still have spent probably 6 hours on the phone over the last week trying to locate it. Don't even bother, the products may look nice but once you actually order, if theres even the slightest issue expect to neither receive your product or any customer care. I tally approximately 40 calls, countless emails and over 10 members of staff that I have spoken to. Still. No. Sofa. But on the plus side I have been ASSURED by 8 different people that I WILL get a call back... I wonder when...
