This is the second of two orders I made totaling over 100.00. My daughter in law who I purchased the table runners for was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma and to make a long story short, we had to make some changed in the wedding and needed to return 3 red table runners and place an additional order for a diifferent color. I was denied the return and was forced to place an additional order for the changes and had to pay full price for all shipping. I realize the policy for returns needing to be new unused and still in original packaging which is what I have but now I am stuck with table runners I can't use and had to pay almost as much for shipping as the items cost me to get the ones that she needed. I have two more weddings coming up that I'm helping to plan for clients and due to this issue will not be using tablelinendirect.com for anymore of my linen needs for my clients. I realize I just started using you when I had to purchase for my own son's wedding but I also do wedding coordination and am looking for a company to help supply my table linens. In the future it would be more beneficial for me to pay a higher price for better customer service than I received from your company

I ordered my linens one day and received them the next!!! And that was regular delivery.. The quality is TOPS!! Gorgeous sequin and polyester table cloths were more than I expected!! Will order more once they stock back up...

This vendor has no idea how to take care of a commercial vendor. Their policies are more of a threat than policy. Be sure you look or call and (pay for) a sample before you purchase because it is going to cost YOU money when they send you the wrong color. There is a color wheel and color palate and at some point there is a primary color on that wheel. When you ask for the primary (purple for example) then you should get purple. There is only ONE purple on a color palate. Everything else are variations before and after that primary color. When they send you something they call purple but is actually more of a blackberry, it cost you money for return shipping. And, they do not refund your initial shipping cost either! They have two different sites and used to go by another name 10 years ago. The name change is what threw me or I would never have done business with them again!

I ordered on Monday and when I got home from work on Wednesday my order had arrived! Very pleased with price too- ordered 24 table runners to add color to my daughters wedding reception! Great for our tight budget!

I purchased your 132" ribbon taffeta tablecloths in gold. They are more beautiful than expected--the colors are rich and absolutely gorgeous!

I first ordered 5 Damask Jacquard folding chair cover (97128) last February. On January 21, 2017, I wanted to order 45 more but you only had 1. Therefore, I decided to order Versailles Damask (93128) because I figured the quality of the material would be the same. However, it was not. I needed the covers for a wedding within a week so I did not have time to return them. I also find the length in both styles is about an inch short on both styles and the chair legs show. I hope you have heard the same comments from other customers and you decide to make the necessary changes. I love the variety you offer and you have no competition on prices. But I would be glad to spend a few dollars more per chair if the above issues are resolved.

I wasn't satisfied with dinner napkins available at the local store -- wrong color, wrong material - so I checked online and found nothing at another large chain, but there was a link to tablelinendirect.com and I'm so glad I looked at that site. Beautiful fabrics and colors, and very reasonable in price. I wanted bright Valentine-red damask, and that's just what I received, in plenty of time for the event. I'm really pleased!

We ordered chair sashes on Monday and they were in my office the following Monday
and we are in Montego Bay Jamaica.The produce is very good and service excellent with unbeatable prices I will buy from them again and recommend them.

I had been waiting for our color to come in stock it said April 3rd and sure enough it was there then I was able to order the 30 table runners we needed and was packed, shipped and delivered with in a week. Super happy can't wait to use them for our Wedding Thank you

I ordered a 120 inch navy blue Damask. The fabric and sheen is gorgeous It washed beautifully. Fast delivery and reasonable prices. I recommend this site for hard to find fabrics and measurements.

i only have a month and 2 weeks before my wedding and i could not find my color for my runners for my table.then just looking on the web tablelinen came up i try it and everything i needed was there and the prices were wonderful for someone with a short time and a limited budget.thank you so much you are awesome.

I just received my items last night. When looking through them whomever packed the box put 2 of my ivory runners in the middle of my blue ones and I almost panicked but found them after opening up the blue ones. Sigh of relief to say the least but the products were EXACTLY as pictured and just as pretty. Thank you for the great product.

I have ordered a couple of times now and it is so easy. See it, like it, click on it and it is in your cart. My order arrived so quickly and was complete. The quality is very good too and low prices, what more can you ask. You can always have a grand party with all the right linens!
