I booked and paid £700 for a venue that turned out to be a fraud We are now left without a venue for my daughters birthday We were told it had no insurance either Seems like it was a sub-let And once I called tagvenue office they were not very helpful to say the least Very poor company

We held a meeting last week at Canada Water Theatre. It was a great room with lots of natural light. The room came with a projector and laptop and filled all our requirements at a very reasonable cost. Only negative was the cafe closed by 6.30pm instead of 7pm.

I had an amazing experience finding a venue for my 30th. Within 10minutes I had found at least 10 venues that I loved. So easy to use, amazing information and great pics. I have recommended Tagvenue to everyone! Fab!!!

I was looking for an affordable venue in central London for a customer meeting. Tagvenue was great in providing me with lots of options. The website is very easy to use, with all the information I needed. I was very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend them.

Hi I have booked a venue for a book launch in August and I have had first class help, advice and support from Vita at the venue. I have asked to come in to look at a few things prior to the event on a couple of occasions and she has always been super accommodating. Many thanks Vita!

It was so easy to filter my search and the suggested venues I saw after the one I liked made it possible for me to find the perfect venue for my event. It is super efficient and easy to use and the places that I have spoke to were super professional and easy going. It was an all round easy process.

I want you to know how much I appreciate your excellent service you provided last week when I searched for meeting rooms. I had to find a huge meeting room for the company I work. It was complicated and seemed impossible to find a boardroom for the whole week, furthermore I only had two days to find this room. Alicja Wantula, the key account manager, was my solution. I really appreciated her great customer service. She found for us an excellent meeting room with a competitive price. Thank you again Alicja for your excellent support.

Held a Study Day/Conference for 70 delegates on a Sat, 9th Nov 2019. The conference/events room has a separate reception area, which is also used for coffee/tea breaks with 2 toilets(disabled). This whole events area is separated by double doors from the main hotel, which works very well. The hotel events team is excellent, from initially contact/enquiry in Jan/Feb to view the venue and have an idea of costings with Joanna. Beatriz took over with the follow up of the formal booking and various queries up until the event. On the day Kris and Mondhur could not have helped more for a streamlined and smooth running event, even photocopying some extra information that was suddenly found to be required. The room(s) set up (cabaret) looked very elegant, has natural day light. Any minor problems during the day eg adjusting the aircon room temperature, was immediately addressed. Good PA system and projector. The food for lunch in the separate hotel dining area (included in the DDP) was OUTSTANDING (many positive comments from attendees immediately after the lunch). Our Society would definitely consider using the venue again. I have since promoted the hotel dining experience with friends for personal use eg when visiting the V&A, Natural History museum etc.

We booked the Soda Bar for our Office Christmas Party (about 45 people). We were meant to have access from 5:30 and 6:00pm guests would arrive. At 5:50 the venue was completely empty, no decorations, no bar tenders and half of our drinks agreed in the package weren't available. The food was also served a bit late, but the quality was very good. In the end the people were pleased but I would recommend the venue to make sure they have stock in place (the excuse we were given was that they were busy and they had a prior event, but for someone who has worked in events for a while now, we know that's not right). Never touch the stock from the next function unless you can guarantee it to be re-stocked for the next one.
