I updated the shopping cart to make it 5 items instead of 4, but didn't see the "update cart" button to change it from 1 to 5, so I bought 1 item instead of 5. (Which meant I had to pay shipping.) Most websites allow you to immediately fix a mistake in an order. I didn't see that anywhere on this site.

I placed an order on March 29.
When order did not arrive after a week.
I called on April 08 and was told that product was not available and money would be refunded.
The next day I received an e-mail confirming this.
After four days I called my bank and I was told that they had not received refund.
I have sent three e-mail messages to Tal Depot in an attempt to resolve this and I have received no reply.
They cannot be reached by phone.

I placed an order for this product on 2/1/19. It was not shipped & I was never notified. I questioned it yesterday and was told by customer service they cancelled it. It was not cancelled when I looked up orders. Not very happy. Let's see what happens with this order.

I can no longer buy Diet Snapple Green Tea in Wisconsin or Minnesota, so I have been ordering it through this website. I am not sure why they only have it available in stores in certain states. I am SO glad it is available her. They ship it in plastic, rather than glass bottles now so it's less likely to break.

Local store didn't have the seasoning I have bought there for years and Amazon wanted 3 times the price I normally pay. Went in search and found Tal Depot and you are now a short cut on my laptop.

In the past, I have ordered this tea through Amazon.I ordered tea on March 1st and I still don't have the tea. I was advised yesterday that the supplier erred by blaming a problem in its warehouse. This message came from the supplier and not Amazon. I had rated the supplier as a 2 star. Now the supplier wants me to change my rating. Ha Ha. Sincerely, Ron Smith

I ordered two items from them (Order #100355001), and received one item quickly but never saw the other. I tried to contact them multiple times and never received anything but one automated reply, and no follow up at all. I was charged right away.

I was patient, as sometimes it can take a bit to get an item, but I placed the order on March 11, and still haven't heard anything by April 19th. I went to check on the order status, which had previously shown as "delivered", and now there is no order on their system.

I am very unhappy with losing money and never hearing from them. If TalDepot simply had to wait a bit to ship, that would have been fine with me, but I can only believe that they took my money without ever shipping or intending to ship half of my order.

I found taldepot from a google search.
20 oz bottles for $1.45 per!

I've shopped with Tal Depot for years now. It was the best option for keeping my beverages of choice (Found water and Hint water) in stock at home. Since Found waters come in glass bottles, I had a couple of incidents where the cases arrived with bottles broken. Each time, Tal Depot was extremely responsive and made sure that it sent me new shipments, at no cost, asap. I appreciate this terrific customer service!
