I ordered from TekGems an inexpensive la-pci20 raid controller. For a price of 13$ it seems to be a good deal. The card was dead on arrival but it took me three days of troubleshooting to figure it out. Since over 30 days elapsed since delivery Tekgems denied replacement. I do not recommend this seller and will not purchase from Tekgems again.

Item had been discontinued for over a year, but TEKGEMS had a full supply of the AT&T 1726 answering machine units in stock. Items were shipped the day of order (overnight & 2nd day air were available as well as USPS Priority Mail......I was also able to monitor the shipping progress after Kim sent me the FedEx tracking key). Price was half of what had been normally charged when these units were available in office supply outlets such as STAPLES and OFFICE-MAX. Good deal...will do business again.

Fast shipping, dongle work the first time but not the second. Going to get one from tekgems again.

I bought three Packard Bell remotes with PC receivers from Tekgems and received them in Norway a week later. Both remotes and shipping were very cheap and shipping quick. Upon arrival everything worked perfectly.

I ordered the cheapest IDE to USB cable that Tekgems sells (less than $10). It didn't seem to work right. I emailed for help and they said just send it back and they would replace it with the more expensive model that has never been returned. As soon as they received my return, they sent me the better model at no additional cost! It worked perfectly. I am amazed that they bent over backwards to make sure I had something that would work for me.

Sold me a defective product and refused to honor its 30 day warranty.

I was very pleased to get my order for a USB 2.0 to SATA/IDE Cable very promptly. The product is exactly as described. Although I was unable to rescue any data from my notebook drive due to disk damage, I am now using a spare IDE Maxtor drive as a backup drive with the USB connection. Thank you TekGems

I placed my order on Feb. 20th and received it on March 2nd. Correspondence after a few days was none until I called and they had no excuse as to why my order had not come yet. The invoice said it was shipped on the 20th. I paid $9 to have something that weighted less than a pound shipped and it took 2 weeks to get, no back orders either. I will not be doing any further business with them.

Was looking for a sort of obscure part... needed a mounting bracket for a pentium 4... didn't want to buy the entire heatsink/fan assemble. Found tekgems.com. they had the part and some thermal grease I needed for cheap. Took the chance and it paid off... perfect part arrived as ordered within 3 days. customer was happy. Would definately use the site again.

I needed this tester quickly; TekGems came through again, with the same reliable product [I was the one who fried it.], in the same reliable fashion. Incidentally, they do answer their emails.

I certainly would order from these people again.

I purchased a couple of firewire cables from TekGems for about 1/30th (yes, one-thirtieth) of what they might've cost me at a local chain electronics store. I was able to get multiple cables shipped to me at a cost of less than one third the cost of going to a brick and mortar store and buying them. While the website layout is a little hard to get around sometimes, it was very much worth poking around to find the great prices on items that I needed. My only other (minor) gripe was that the turnaround to get the item shipped wasn't quite as fast as I would've liked. Regardless, the items arrived quickly and as expected in a well-packed box. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tek-Gems to my friends.

Bought a heatsink for my computer (socket 478), they sent me some knock off from china that was too big for the socket, the fins on it were bent and the clips that came with it would obviously not work with that style of heatsink, sending it back to them would be a waste of time and their low prices don't make up for my wasted time. i now have a paperweight.

My order was shipped in a timely fashion, and I found the product (a two slot Compact Flash to IDE/ATA adapter) to be quite satisfactory.

Excellent prices, excellent shipping options, even to Alaska and Hawaii. Most sites only offer UPS/FedEx 2 day or overnight service to Alaska and Hawaii; TekGems.com offers USPS which is a much cheaper option!

The service was awesome as well, I received an email from them at every step of the process and culminating with a tracking number so I knew when to make the trek to the post office.
Would buy from again.

Ordered this power supply on Dec. 21, 2006 and with the holidays it took over a week to get. I did not get time to put the power supply in untile the end of the middle of January. I had problems and discovered a short in the power supply. I emailed Tek Gems on Feb 10, 2007 after discovering the short in the plugin section of the Power supply and they WOULD NOT replace because it was out of Warranty.

You decide, make sure you count the delivery time toward the warranty time from Tek Gems when ordering from them.

I normally don't complain but I never worked from the start. I tried several things thinking it was something that was not connected correctly. This is what you get for trying to be a good customer.

You said there is nothing you can do. That is not true, you can, is that you won't.

Enough said, I am done with this and said my peice and my only recourse is not purchase from them again. I don't even have a rebutal to their explaination, only to edit my response.

HORRIBLE customer service, paid for 2nd day air and waited 4 days for them to ship it. Cancelled the order before it shipped but they ignored me and shipped it anyways. Then I get my card and it's not even the one I ordered!! Worst experience I've EVER had purchasing online. I will never use this company again!

bought a 6421L card sent me a 6421A DOA, canot get it replaced, don't buy from thos guys

so those product have 30 day only warrenty nothing to get replacement if you have not trie dthe product before,
i baught a 6421L they shiped me a 6421A ki just lost 35$ canadian over this

I ordered on a sunday night, and the order was shipped on monday. Product was exactly as ordered, at a price less than newegg. I would definatly order from this company again.

I am satisfied with order handling and shipping, delivery was about 3 weeks to my country in Europe, all is fine and works well! Thank you!
