I located the item on their website and was asked if I wanted to online help thru their chat. I did and spoke to someone who did the following without me even asking.
Verified that the item was in stock, asked about the address it would be shipped to, recommended that it be shipped fedex ground and told me it would arrive the next day since it was being shipped from about 150 miles away. The entire thing took 2 minutes!. It arrived the next day and everything was great. I'll check with Telephony Depot first for all telephony related products. Thanks Guys!

I have been in Telephony for over 30 years as both a user and a vendor. Telephony Depot absolutely has the best prices around on Polycom and Plantronics. Every time I have ordered from them, it ships the same day.

Telephony Depot did a great job - the item arrived in two business days. One confusing thing about their website was that sometimes the logged in price was discounted, and otherwise was the full retail price. I pointed this out to them and they said they were working on it.
