After 2 weeks of waiting my mats did not arrive, no response from the website, no response from various emails and no telephone number to contact and speak to an actual person. I asked several times for someone to call me back, no one did. I will expect a full refund!!!!!!! if anyone actually calls me back or contacts me.

Ordered my mats on 16th January and I'm still waiting. Customer service is rubbish and has no contact phone number. If my mats ever do turn up I'll be amazed. Please don't use this company.

First of all I ordered 2 different sets of mats, order 10778 for the Seat XL dont fit, order 10779 for a VXR8 never even arrived yet payment taken. Numerous emails sent and all i got back was ‘please tell me the order number so i can investigate’ which i sent twice, yet nothing. Communication terrible and the company are no longer at the address on their website, no refund no nothing, not happy!

Order placed on 28th April money took out of my account straight away,nearly a month later no mats. This company do not respond to emails and have no contact number. Too many people getting ripped off for it to be genuine.

I still have yet to recieve my purchase after 4 days.. I had opted fkr the extra charge for one day delivery. After emailing twice to voice my disapointment and request I get a refund for the one day delivery charge, I don't get a response, yet I do get an email asking me to write a review..

Same as others, money taken no mats received, did have one email saying there was a delay, but nothing since, and that was weeks ago. Luckily i paid with PayPal so am pursuing it with them. Avoid.

very pleased with my car mats fitted my Hyundai perfectly would have given five stars but was not informed of dispatch. delivered eight working days after order. very good quality. would purchase from them again.

This company don't deserve even 1 star. I placed an order on 26th April and the money was taken out of my account immediately. Sent an email after the 3-7 days delivery time and told a machine had broken down and the order would be sent that week. Now 17th May and, after 2 further emails with no reply, there are still no mats. PLEASE THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. DO THEY ACTUALLY EXIST?

Ordered car mats on 29th April, they took £45 straight away, said 7 days delivery. $th May email from them said a problem with machine and mats would be dispatched following there bank holiday. 11th May still no sign of mats turning up , nor any communication from them. Asked for full refund as they not able to fulfil their commitments. No reply.

Mats took 3 weeks to arrive but were of reasonable quality apart from the backing which was a bit like charcoal. Only enough sticky Velcro (BMW 5 series) was supplied for front mats. Probably would shop elsewhere next time.
