Got my order within the 2 days I needed it and the product is exactly as described.

I ordered and they responded that the item shipped 4-22-15. Still do not have delivery 4-29-15. No tracking numberso I can'tell tell how it is being shippedand from where.

I ordered a mask to replace my broken one on January 20th. I'm in Tennessee and was promised it would take no longer than 2-5 days for shipping, more specifically two by the service rep. on the phone because Virginia is so close to me. I call 6 days later looking for my package and they tell me it is in Michigan and it must be the post offices fault and they can't do anything about it. They said just wait for it to get here and it could take a few weeks because of snow delays. I asked for another sent...not up north through a snow storm but down to Tennessee and they said no, that the same thing could happen again! These people lied, made a mistake and won't acknowledge it, and are now making me wait weeks for necessary medical equipment I need to sleep. They will not have my business or any of my family or friends ever again. Spend your time, money, and aggravation elsewhere!!!

I first queried a competitor who told me this product would not work, and clearly had no idea what a Resmed 560 called for. Fortunately I tried the CPAP People who were superb.

Ordered 3 items Jan, 11/16 Plus size, nasal mask was recd standard size Jan 15/16 I did computer conversation with Shirley Jan 15/15 stating mistake was made by CPAC on size Shirley stated Plus size nasal mask will be put on mail next day with return tag WELL I recd correct plus size nasal mask today by FedEx to my door Jan. 20/16 with prepaid return for the wrong parts. I will be returning the standard nasal mask tomorrow

My power cube arrived Monday the 15th, much more quickly than estimated. I chatted with Shirley on the 12th to see if I should pay for the more expensive shipping to get it there more quickly, and she was very helpful in assisting me to decide to stick with the standard shipping. I am very pleased with the service I received and the quality of the product.

Submitted my request for supplies on February 10 as well as information on my Doctor so the company could obtain the necessary prescription directly and have yet to hear back from anyone. But I did notice a charge to my credit card had been initiated. So still waiting!

I ordered the wrong part by accident. They were very helpful with finding the right part and taking the wrong one back.

I have been having issues for years and heard liners may help so I decided to get a trial/sample size I picked the size for my size type mask but it seems too small. So now I'm cutting it and just using it for just the bridge of my nose

I have a CPAP machine over ten years old. When the humidifier chamber started leaking, I was thrilled to find I could order just that part, instead of needing a new machine. Arrived in less than a week!

Before the order was filled, one of the Customer Service reps phoned, because I had apparently selected items for two different CPAP machines. Her thoroughness allowed me to get exactly the right pieces from the very first. She was delightful to deal with, and my supplies arrived immediately.

Was very happy with delivery time, price and products (Would have given 5 stars, but one of the head-gears was missing a hook; fortunately we were able to take a hook off the old one and use). Other than that, very happy customer.
